The Rebbe's teaching on the unique role and power of the Jewish woman:
Building the Jewish home. Women and girls are central to building strong Jewish homes (IK 2347), and a woman's unique qualities bring blessing, material and spiritual, to her home (IK 1483). Jewish women have a unique mission in building the home and the community (IK 10323), and true Jewish unity begins within each family through the woman of the home (IK 9496, 10150). Jewish women bring G-dliness into the home, like the three kinds of lights they kindle (IK 9507).
Education and future generations. Jewish women have a unique power in shaping future generations through education (IK 6230, 9153, 10773). Girls' education, especially Beis Rivkah, is essential, and graduates are future homemakers and educators (IK 7681, 9452, 9497, 10322). Every Jewish woman can emulate Esther's self-sacrifice in education (IK 8955, 6099).
In Jewish history and redemption. Just as the redemption from Egypt came in the merit of righteous women, Jewish women play a vital role in the final redemption (IK 4224, 6044, 1514, 8606, 7909). Women led in building the Mishkan with a unique spiritual intuition (IK 4131, 4148), and true progress for the Jewish people has always depended on its women (IK 8836). Women had a central role at the giving of the Torah (IK 9325, 10157, 6299_star).
Special times. Chanukah and Purim — whose miracles came through women — are special times for Jewish women to increase in good deeds (IK 9623, 10036, 10095). On Nshei U'Bnos Chabad gatherings, see IK 9942, 8976.
