ברכה ושלום!
אין די קומענדיגע טעג וועלכע פארבינדן פורים מיט פסח, דארף זיך יעדע אידישע פרוי און טאכטער אריינטראכטן אין דעם וויכטיגען חלק וואס די אידישע פרוי האט געהאט אין די דאזיגע ימים טובים, און וואס מען דארף זיך דערפון אפלערנען.
דער יום-טוב פורים, ווי אויך דער יום-טוב פסח, זיינען מחייב די אידישע פרוי אפצוהיטן די ספעציעלע מצוות וועלכע זיינען פארבונדן מיט די דאזיגע ימים-טובים (ווי מגילה, הגדה וכו'), דערפאר ווייל די אידישע פרוי האט געהאט א ספעציעלן פארדינסט און חלק אין די נסים וועלכע האבן פאסירט בימים ההם בזמן הזה.
די מגילה (מגילת אסתר) דערציילט אונז דייטלעך ווי אזוי אסתר האט געהאלפן ברענגען דעם גרויסן נס פאר כלל ישראל, און אויף איר נאמען ווערט אנגערופן דער תענית פאר פורים און די מגילה.
וועגן די גרויסע פארדינסטן פון די אידישע פרויען אין צוזאמענהאנג מיט פסח, זמן חירותנו, ווערט דערציילט אויספירלעך אין מדרש. אין יענע שווערע צייטן פון גלות מצרים זיינען די אידישע פרויען געווען די וועלכע האבן אויפגעהאלטן דעם מוט און בטחון פון די מענער און האבן אויפגעהאדעוועט דורות פון טרייע אידן, וועלכע האבן זוכה געווען צו באקומען די תורה אויפן בארג סיני און די אייביקע נחלה, ארצנו הקדושה תבנה ותכונן על ידי משיח צדקנו במהרה בימינו.
דער אופן ווי אזוי די אידישע פרויען און טעכטער האבן בייגעטראגען צו די גרויסע נסים פון די דערמאנטע ימים-טובים איז ניט געווען דער זעלבער:
אין פאל פון פסח - איז די השפעה און ווירקונג פון די פרויען געווען אנגעווענדעט הויפטזעכלעך אויף דער היים, כל כבודה בת מלך פנימה, דורך צניעות און משפחה לעבן.
אין פאל פון פורים - האט זיך געפאדערט אז די אידישע פרוי זאל לויט דער דרישה און גענויע אנווייזונג[ע]ן פון גדולי התורה והיראה אויסניצען אין פולער מאס איר מצב און השפעה אינגאנצען לטובת איר פאלק, און זי האט עס געטאן מיט מסירות נפש בפועל, איינשטעלנדיק איר לעבן לטובת דעם קיום פון אונזער פאלק.
די צוויי ימים-טובים - פורים און פסח - זיינען אייביקע צוויי עדות, אז די אידישע פרוי, סיי אין דערהיים סיי אין דרויסן ווען די אומשטענדן פאדערן עס, איז איבערגעגעבן מיט לייב און לעבן פאר תורה און מצוות, טהרת המשפחה, און חינוך הכשר פון די קינדער - די סאמע יסודות פון דעם קיום און גאולה פון אונזער פאלק.
אידישע פרויען און טעכטער! טוט נאך דעם ביישפיל פון די נשים צדקניות פון אלע דורות, ווארום אויף אייך און אין אייערע הענט ליגט, אין א גרויסער מאס, דער גורל פון אונזער פאלק.
און אז מ'גיט זיך אפ מיט אן אמת צו דערפילן די ג-טלעכע פליכטן, העלפט דער אויבערשטער, ווי ער האט געהאלפן אסתר'ן, און אלע שוועריקייטן פארשווינדן און ער שיקט זיינע ג-טלעכע ברכות בבני חיי ומזוני רויחא, ובכל טוב גשמי ורוחני.

Blessings and peace to the Jewish women and daughters, and especially to Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, may Hashem be upon them and grant them life!
In these coming days that connect Purim with Pesach, every Jewish woman and daughter should deeply contemplate the important role that Jewish women had in these festivals, and what lessons we must learn from them.
The festival of Purim, as well as Pesach, obligate Jewish women to observe the special mitzvos associated with these holidays (such as Megillah, Haggadah, etc.), because Jewish women had a special merit and share in the miracles that occurred "in those days at this time." The Megillah (Megillas Esther) tells us in detail how Esther helped bring about the great miracle for all Israel; both the fast for Purim and the Megillah are named after her.
Regarding the great merits of Jewish women connected to Pesach—Zman Cheiruseinu—the Midrash elaborates: In those difficult times of Egyptian exile, it was the Jewish women who upheld the courage and faith of their husbands and raised generations of loyal Jews who merited receiving the Torah at Mount Sinai and our eternal inheritance—our holy land—which will be rebuilt and established by Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days.
The way Jewish women contributed to these great miracles differed: In the case of Pesach, women's influence was mainly within the home—"Kol Kevudah Bas Melech Penimah" (the honor of a princess is within)—through modesty and family life. In the case of Purim, it was required that a Jewish woman use her situation and influence entirely for her people’s benefit according to the precise instructions of Torah leaders; she did so with actual self-sacrifice, dedicating her life for our people’s survival.
These two festivals—Purim and Pesach—are eternal testimonies that a Jewish woman is devoted with heart and soul to Torah and mitzvos, family purity, and proper education of children—the very foundations of our people’s existence and redemption—whether at home or outside when circumstances demand it.
Jewish women and daughters! Follow the example of righteous women from all generations—for upon you, in your hands to a great extent lies the destiny of our people. And when one truly devotes herself to fulfilling G‑dly duties, Hashem helps—as He helped Esther—and all difficulties disappear; He sends His blessings for children, life, abundant sustenance, and all good both materially and spiritually.

This letter teaches that Jewish women have always played a vital role in both private and public spheres during pivotal moments like Pesach and Purim. By following their example with true dedication to Torah values, they merit G‑d’s help and abundant blessings.
