במענה על מכתבו עם הפ"נ המוסגרים בו שיקרא בעת רצון על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
במיוחד נעם לי לקרות במכתבו אשר לומד הוא ומתועד עם יוצאי מרוקה שהם בכפר חב"ד אשר שם צוה ה' את הברכה חיים עד העולם, התועדויות חסידותיות, ובודאי לא רק ימשיך בזה אלא גם יוסיף כיון שכפי כתבו יכול הוא להתדבר בלשונם הם, שמזה מובן שגם באופן ישר עם אלו מהם שאינם ת"ח לע"ע וגם עם הנשים, והרי נשי ישראל נקראות בשם עקרת הבית בהם תלוי במדה גדולה הנהגת הבית בכלל הנהגת הבעל הבנים והבנות בפרט, וק"ל. והשי"ת יצליחו לבשר טוב גם בעניניו הפרטים.

In response to your letter with the enclosed pan to be read at an auspicious time at the holy resting place of the Rebbe Rayatz zatzal nishmaso Eden. I was especially pleased to read in your letter that you are learning and holding farbrengens with Moroccan Jews who are in Kfar Chabad, where Hashem commanded the blessing of life forever—chassidic gatherings—and certainly you will not only continue but also increase this, since as you wrote you are able to communicate in their language. From this it is understood that you can also directly reach those among them who are not yet Torah scholars, as well as the women. After all, Jewish women are called the foundation of the home; much depends on them regarding the conduct of the household in general and especially the husband, sons, and daughters. This is clear.
May Hashem grant you success to share good news also in your personal matters.
