I acknowledge receipt of your letter, and since we have entered the month of Adar—a successful month for all Israel—may it be G‑d's will that all matters be arranged for good and that you will be able to share good news in your letter and fulfill the instruction: 'When Adar enters, we increase in joy.'
There is a special importance for the women and daughters of Israel connected with the upcoming days of Purim, as is evident from the fact that the Megillah is not called by Mordechai's name—even though he was one of the leaders and greats of Israel at that time—nor is it called by both Mordechai and Esther together, but only by Esther alone: Megillat Esther.
