בייגעלייגט איז דא א בריף אין פארבינדונג מיט דעם יום הילולא פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע וועלכער איז דער גרינדער פון כפר חב"ד און פירט עם אן אויך איצטער, און זיכער איז ער עומד במרום און מעורר רחמים רבים אויף יעדער איינעם פון תושבי הכפר און אויף אלעמען צוזאמען, אז דער כפר זאל מיט רעכט טראגען זיין הייליגען נאמען חב"ד, און עס זאל זיין אין עם שפע ברכה והצלחה סיי בגשמיות און סיי ברוחניות.

Recently I received your collective letter with your signatures, in which you write about strengthening and fortifying your organization, and mainly about improvement in matters of mitzvah observance—especially those matters connected with women. Regarding each of these it is said that they are daughters of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah. The meaning is that Hashem gives them special strengths from the souls of the holy Matriarchs. This knowledge strengthens one's courage not to be affected by disturbances or obstacles. It is clearly seen that approaching a matter with breadth and strength itself lessens the obstacles; additionally, reaching the desired goal comes with greater success.
And may Hashem help that you should report good news in all the above-mentioned matters. Surely this will bring an increase in Hashem's blessings in all that is needed for you and also for your entire family.
Enclosed is a letter regarding the yahrzeit (day of passing) of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden, who was the founder of Kfar Chabad and continues to lead it even now. Surely he stands on high and arouses great mercy for each individual resident of the village and for everyone together—that the village should truly bear its holy name "Chabad," and there should be abundant blessing and success both materially and spiritually.
I hope to receive from you good news in all the above-mentioned matters soon.
