די "בית רבקה" וועלכע שטייען אונטער דער אויפזיכט פון דעם "מרכז לעניני חינוך" טוען א העכסט וויכטיקע און נויטיקע ארבעט דורכן ערציען אידישע טעכטער בחינוך הכשר און צוגרייטן זיי אז זיי זאלן קענען אין דער צוקונפט זיין פאראנטווארטלעכע אידישע פרויען און מוטערס.
א דאנק זייער אונערמידלעכער און איבערגעגעבענער ארבעט האבן די מוסדות בית רבקה, במשך זייער עלף יעריקער עקזיסטענץ, ערצויגן הונדערטער און הונדערטער תלמידות אין גייסט פון תורה יראת שמים און מדות טובות, וועלכע זיינען א נחת פאר זייערע עלטערן און א שטאלץ פארן אידישן פאלק.
ביים איצטיקן מאמענט געפינען זיך די מוסדות אין א שווערער עקאנאמישער לאגע, און די עסקני המוסדות ובראשם הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצרכי ציבור בעל מרץ ורב פעלים וכו' מהור"י שי' דזשייקאבסאן מאכן די גרעסטע אנשטרענגונגען אויף צו ערמעגלעכן זייער ווייטערדיקן קיום.
זונטאג, י"ג כסלו הבא עלינו לטובה, וועט אי"ה פארקומען די יערלעכע חגיגה פון די מוסדות בית רבקה, און איך ווענדע זיך מיט א קריאה של חיבה והתעוררות צו די אלע וועלכע האלטן טייער תורה ויהדות און שאצן ריכטיק אפ די וויכטיקייט פון חינוך הכשר פאר בנות ישראל:
עס איז א הייליקע פליכט אויף יעדן איינעם, מאן און פרוי, צו שטיצן די מוסדות "בית רבקה" מיט אלע מעגלעכקייטן.
נעמט אנטייל אין דער יערלעכער חגיגה און העלפט שאפן די פינאנציעלע מיטלען, וועלכע זיינען העכסט נויטיק אויף אויפצוהאלטן די מוסדות בית רבקה.
עס איז ניט נאר א הילף נאר א רעטונג פאר א פעסטונג פון חינוך הבנות על טהרת הקודש.
ובזכות זה וועט השי"ת העלפן די אלע אנטיילנעמער שטיצער און מיטהעלפער אין וואס זיי נויטיקן זיך - בבני חיי ומזוני רויחא בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In many places in the Gemara and Midrash, our Sages greatly extol the immense virtue and merit of the Jewish woman—the akeres habayis—who helps establish and maintain the Jewish home on the foundations of Torah and mitzvah. In her hands lies, to a very great extent, the education of children in a truly Jewish Torah path.
The "Beis Rivkah" institutions, which operate under the supervision of Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch, are engaged in extremely important and necessary work by educating Jewish daughters with proper education and preparing them so that in the future they can be responsible Jewish women and mothers.
Thanks to their tireless and devoted efforts, over their eleven years of existence, the Beis Rivkah institutions have raised hundreds upon hundreds of students in the spirit of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits—bringing nachas to their parents and pride to the Jewish people.
At this present moment, these institutions find themselves in a difficult financial situation. The activists of these institutions—headed by Haraha"ch vavaha"ch iy"a nu"m oseik b'tzarchei tzibbur ba'al meretz v'rav pe'alim etc. Mehor"y Yaakovson—are making every effort to enable their continued existence.
This coming Sunday, 13 Kislev (may it be for good), will take place, G‑d willing, the annual celebration of the Beis Rivkah institutions. I turn with a call of affection and awakening to all those who cherish Torah and Judaism and who properly appreciate the importance of proper education for Bnos Yisrael: It is a sacred duty for everyone—man and woman—to support the Beis Rivkah institutions with all possible means.
Take part in this annual celebration and help provide the financial resources that are so urgently needed to sustain the Beis Rivkah institutions. This is not only assistance but salvation for a fortress of girls' education in purity and holiness.
And in this merit may Hashem help all participants, supporters, and helpers with whatever they need—in children, life, abundant sustenance both materially and spiritually.
