זיכער איז אלעמען באוואוסט וואס דער מדרש דערציילט, אז יציאת מצרים איז געווען אין זכות פון די נשים צדקניות פון יענעם דור, און זייער זכות איז באשטאנען אין דעם, וואס זיי האבען ערצויגען א אידישן דור, אינגעלעך און מיידעלעך.
און אזוי אויך אין דער ערווארטעטער גאולה וואס מיר אלע האפען אז זי זאל קומען דורך משיח צדקנו במהרה בימינו, ווענדעט דאס זיך אויך אין א גרויסער מאס אן דער אויפפירונג פון אידישע פרויען אין יעדען ארט וואו אידען געפינען זיך, און דער עיקר דורך זייער באטייליגונג אין דעם חינוך פון קינדער, פון זייערע קינדער און אויך העלפען אנדערע צו ערציהען דעם נייעם יונגען דור אין דער וועג פון תורה ומצות.
אייער ליידיס אוקזילערי וועלכע איז געגרינדעט געווארען אויסשליסליך צו שטיצען די מוסדות וועלכע זיינען געגרינדעט געווארען דורך מיין שווער כ"ק אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע גייען אין דעם וועג, פון תורה ומצות, האף איך אז די ליידיס אוקזילערי וועט וואקסען און אייער ארבעט וועט זיין בהצלחה בגשמיות און וועט בריינגען גוטע פירות ברוחניות, און השם יתברך זאל בענטשען אלע מעמבערס און טוער און די אפיסערס בברכה והצלחה אין זייערע פריוואטע ענינים.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
On the eve of Pesach, which we will celebrate together with all of Israel, I want to wish all members of the Ladies Auxiliary and their families a kosher and joyous Pesach.
It is surely well known to everyone what the Midrash relates: that the Exodus from Egypt was in the merit of the righteous women of that generation, whose merit lay in raising a Jewish generation—boys and girls. Similarly, regarding the awaited redemption that we all hope will come through Moshiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days, it also greatly depends on the conduct of Jewish women wherever Jews are found, especially through their involvement in educating children—their own children and also helping others raise the new young generation in the path of Torah and mitzvos.
Your Ladies Auxiliary, which was established solely to support institutions founded by my father-in-law, the holy Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden zichrono tzaddik livracha zechuso yagen aleinu (may his memory be for a blessing), follows this path of Torah and mitzvos. I hope that your Ladies Auxiliary will grow and your work will be successful materially and will bring good fruits spiritually. May Hashem bless all members, workers, and officers with blessing and success in their personal matters.
