ותקותי חזקה שעושות השתדלות מיוחדה להרבות חברות בהארגון, בפרט על פי ציווי
תורתנו
תורת חיים להעלות בקודש, והכוונה הן בכמות והן באיכות, והרי בכמות הכוונה לכל לראש הוא על ידי הוספה במספר החברות.

לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון, בפרט כשמלווה דוגמא חי' מחשיבות הארגון ופעולותיו הטובות.
הזמן גרמא לפעילות נמרצה בכל האמור ולהצלחה בזה, שהרי התחילה התקופה שלאחרי חמשה עשר באב, שהורו חכמינו ז"ל שאז מתחילה העבודה באופן דמוסיף והקב"ה יוסיף (מסכת תענית בסופה). וחשיבות מיוחדה בזה לנשי ובנות ישראל כמרומז בדברי חכמים ומשנתם (שם) לא היו ימים טובים לישראל כחמשה עשר באב כו' שבהן בנות ירושלים יוצאות כו'

The Bnos Chabad organization of Kfar Chabad in our holy land, may it be built by Mashiach Tzidkeinu speedily in our days by the will of Hashem—upon them be life—blessing and peace!
I was pleased to receive your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Parshas Mattos-Masei, bringing good news about the founding of the organization and the positive resolutions regarding strengthening Judaism and spreading it. Especially noteworthy are your efforts concerning the network schools, and even more so—and this is primary—regarding the girls of the organization.
My strong hope is that you are making special efforts to increase membership in the organization, particularly as Torah instructs us to always ascend in holiness. This applies both in quantity and quality; regarding quantity, this primarily means increasing the number of members. Nothing stands in the way of willpower—especially when accompanied by a living example that demonstrates the importance of the organization and its good activities.
This is a time that calls for energetic activity in all these matters for success, since we have entered the period after Tu B'Av. Our Sages taught that from then begins an increase (in positive activity), and Hashem will add (see end of Tractate Taanis).
This has special significance for Jewish women and girls, as hinted at by our Sages (ibid.): "There were no greater festivals for Israel than Tu B'Av... when the daughters of Jerusalem would go out..." And in the Gemara's phrasing: "the daughters of Israel would go out..."
