במענה להודעתן על דבר סיומן חוק לימודיהן, יהי רצון שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת להתקדמות נעלה יותר בלימודיהן והנהגתן כיאות לבנות ישראל הנושאות בגאון את התואר - בנות שרה רבקה רחל ולאה אשר בנו את בית ישראל.
כיון שבאים אנו מימי הפורים וקריאת המגילה, הרי אחד מהענינים

לדורות", שכמובן לא לכבודה נתכוונה, אלא שממנה תלמדנה וכן תעשנה נשי ובנות ישראל בכל הדורות, ובאופן של מסירות נפש, כמו שהיא מסרה נפשה בעד עמה ובעד כל הקדוש לעמה.

במעשה בפועל, בכל עניני יהדות, והשי"ת יברך את כל אחת ואחת מהן וימלא משאלות לבבן לטובה.

To the graduating class students of Beis Rivka of Brooklyn, NY. May Hashem be upon them and grant them life, blessing and peace!
In response to your notification regarding the completion of your course of study: May it be G‑d's will that it be at a good and successful time for even greater advancement in your studies and conduct, as is fitting for daughters of Israel who proudly bear the title—daughters of Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, and Leah, who built the House of Israel.
Since we are coming from the days of Purim and the reading of the Megillah, one of the matters that are "remembered and performed"—that is, remembered so that they are also performed in our time—as emphasized in Megillat Esther, is: "Yeshno am echad" (There is one nation—not only then and there but in every place and time—even though it is) "mefuzar u'meforad bein ha'amim" (scattered and dispersed among the nations), (and their unity is expressed by this:) "dateihem shonot mikol am" (their customs are different from every people; 'dateihem'—customs—in plural refers to their norms, customs, and daily conduct).
This applies to all sons and daughters of Israel in general. As discussed at the Purim farbrengen regarding Jewish women and girls specifically—even though Esther acted according to Mordechai's instructions (the leader of the generation), nevertheless, the Megillah is called solely by her name—Megillat Esther. This further emphasizes that action is primary—and it was Esther who carried out these deeds.
This also explains why Esther requested: "Kivtuni l'dorot" (Write me for generations)—obviously not for her own honor but so that Jewish women throughout all generations would learn from her example and act accordingly—with self-sacrifice as she gave herself for her people and all that is holy to her people.
May Hashem grant that each one of you go from strength to strength in actual deeds in all matters of Judaism. May Hashem bless each one of you and fulfill all your heart's desires for good.
