און אין די טעג פון פאר שבועות דער זמן מתן תורתנו וואס דענסטמאל האט השי"ת געזאגט צו משה רבנו, כה תאמר לבית יעקב - וואס דאס מיינט - די פרויען, און ערשט דערנאך - ותגד לבני ישראל - וואס עס מיינט - די מענער, איז אט דער זמן פון מתן תורה ווערט ווידערהאלט יעדער יאר, זאל השי"ת מצליח זיין יעדערע פון אייך צו אנוויזען דעם וועג אין איר פאמיליע און צו פריינד און באקאקנטע ווי מען דארף זיך אויפפירען אין דעם טאג טעגליכען לעבען לויט דער אנוויזונג פון אונזער הייליקער תורה, וואס בתוך כלל ישראל גייען מיר מקבל זיין די תורה הק' אין דעם קומענדען יום טוב שבועות הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה.

I was pleased to receive regards from you and also about the recent annual dinner held by the Auxiliary, and I hope it was successful both materially and spiritually.
And in these days before Shavuos, the time of the Giving of our Torah—when then Hashem said to Moshe Rabbeinu: "Ko tomar leBeis Yaakov" (thus you shall say to the House of Yaakov—which means the women), and only afterwards: "veTaged liVnei Yisrael" (and you shall tell the Children of Israel—which means the men)—this time of Matan Torah is repeated every year. May Hashem grant success to each of you in showing the way in your family and to friends and acquaintances on how one should conduct oneself in daily life according to the guidance of our holy Torah. Among all of Klal Yisrael we will receive the holy Torah on this coming Yom Tov of Shavuos for good for us and all Israel.
