I was pleased to receive your letter from the 27th of Sivan regarding the expansion of your group. May Hashem Yisbarach help that this will reveal within you your innermost strengths that are granted to you from Above, to expand the group many times over both in quantity and quality. All the effort and exertion this requires is worthwhile, considering that each woman is not just an individual but influences her entire household and family.

I was especially pleased to read in your letter that you have also begun outreach among women who are about to get married. This is among the most important matters, as is well known from the words of our Rebbeim and Nesi'im: "The way one sets out is how things continue."

Regarding your question about going public and also stating that this is a branch of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad: In my opinion, since now during the summer work becomes weaker and participation numbers are lower, it is not the appropriate time to introduce something that could lead to discussions—at least among some of the members. It would be more fitting when activities increase and pick up pace again; then such news will come amid other energetic initiatives one after another, giving less time for those who wish to raise issues.

At an auspicious time I will mention you, your husband, and children sheyichyu at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden. May you be able to report good news in both your personal matters and communal matters—since one depends on the other.
