Organization Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, Jerusalem branch, greetings and blessings!

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the letters and reports. May it be G‑d's will that all the activities be conducted in a manner of continuous increase, and in the spirit and approach of Chabad—which demands both intellectual understanding and vitality and feeling of the heart.

These qualities have especially been granted to women, as our Sages say: "Binah Yeteirah Nitnah BaIsha" ("An extra measure of understanding was given to woman"), particularly regarding feeling of the heart.

As we stand at Rosh Chodesh Shevat, it is fitting to recall the great attention that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—the one whose yahrzeit we commemorate—devoted to Jewish women and girls in general, and especially to Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, as is well known.

I pray that each one of them will be a living example of the saying of the wisest of men: "Chachmos Nashim Bansah Veisah" ("The wisdom of women builds her home"), with all its interpretations.
