נתקבל הפ"נ שלו בעדו ובעד ב"ג מרת ... שיחיו וכשאהי' על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אקראהו, ובטח יעורר ר"ר להשפיע להם בכל המצטרך, ובפרט במ"ש בשולי הפ"נ שלו בנוגע לב"ג תחי' שיהי' אצלם א חסידישע הויז וכו' הנה בטח גם מצדו משתדל בזה להשפיע עלי' ברוח הנ"ל. ומה שנוגע ביותר צום שטעל פון דער גאנצער הויז, כיון שזהו ענין שבגלוי, ובפרט במחנו, שכפי השמועה התחילו להרגיש איזה חלישות בזה, היינו בענין לבישת השייטל, ובמילא צריך בזה תקיפות אשר אי אפשר בלאו הכי כ"א שתלבש ותשא שייטל דוקא, ובלי ספק אשר הרצון שלו ימציא אצלו אותיות המתאימות שיבוא לפועל ויצליח.

When I am at the Tziyun of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal, I will read it, and certainly he will arouse mercy to grant you all that is needed. Especially regarding what you wrote in the margin of your pan about your wife—may she live—that there should be a chassidic home among you, etc., surely you are also making efforts to influence her in this spirit.
What is most important is the standing of the entire household, since this is something open and especially in our community, where according to reports there has begun to be some weakening in this matter—specifically regarding wearing a sheitel. Therefore, there must be firmness here; it cannot be otherwise except that she should wear and carry specifically a sheitel. Without doubt your desire will provide you with the right words so that this will come to fruition and succeed.
