און דאָס איז אויך דער אינהאַלט און צוועק פון אייער אונטערנעמונג, וואָס פאַראיינציגט די פרויען דאָ מיט זייערע שוועסטער אין ארצנו הקדושה, שאַפנדיג די מיטלען צו העלפן וואָס מער אידישע טעכטער צו באַקומען אַן אמת'ן תורה-חינוך, צו מקבל זיין די תורה און צו פאַרשטאַרקן און פאַרשפּרייטן תורה און מצוות, וואָס, כידוע, האָבן אידישע פרויען און טעכטער אין דעם אַ צענטראַלע און לעבנס-וויכטיגע אויפגאַבע און אויפטו.
דער גרויסער זכות פון דער דאָזיגער אַרבעט זאָל אייך אַלעמען ביישטיין געבענטשט צו ווערן צוזאַמען מיט אייערע בני-בית שיחיו אין אַלץ וואָס מ'נויטיגט זיך בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

To those participating in the annual undertaking of the NY Committee for the Seminar for Teachers and Girls’ Schools in Kfar Chabad in our Holy Land—may G‑d grant them life—blessings and peace!
In connection with the upcoming event on Sunday, the first day of the Shloshet Yemei Hagbalah—the days of preparation for receiving the Torah—may it be G‑d’s will that this endeavor be carried out successfully and fulfill all expectations and even more.
Rosh Chodesh Sivan—the day this letter is written—is when the Jewish people arrived at Mount Sinai, all united with one thought and one feeling to receive the holy Torah, as our Sages explain regarding the verse: Vayichan sham Yisrael ("They camped there, Israel")—kulam k’ish echad b’lev echad ("all as one person with one heart")—opposite the mountain.
The only thing that connects, unites, and enlivens all Jews everywhere and at all times is the holy Torah, Toras Chaim (the Torah of life), and its mitzvos, about which it is said: v’chai bahem ("and you shall live by them").
This is also the essence and purpose of your undertaking: uniting women here with their sisters in our Holy Land by creating means to help more Jewish daughters receive a true Torah education—to receive the Torah and to strengthen and spread Torah and mitzvos. As is well known, Jewish women and girls have a central and vital role in this task and accomplishment.
The great merit of this work should stand by you all to be blessed together with your families in everything needed both materially and spiritually.
With blessings for success, good news, and a joyous Yom Tov of receiving the Torah with happiness and inwardness.
