אזוי ווי היי-יאר איז א יאר פון הקהל, ווערן אלע ענינים פון היינטיגן יאר באלויכטן מיט דעם אינהאלט פון הקהל.
אין אלגעמיין, איז דער ענין פון הקהל געווען צו פארזאמלען אלע אידן, מענער פרויען און קינדער, מיטן צוועק צו פארשטארקען יראת שמים און קיום המצוות אין טאג-טעגלעכן לעבן פון דעם גאנצן אידישן פאלק.
אין פערזענלעכן לעבן, אזוי ווי א מענטש ווערט אנגערופן "עולם קטן" (א וועלט אין "מיניאטור"), מיט א גאנצע ריי כחות, כוחות הנפש והגוף - דארף דער ענין פון הקהל דערמאנען וועגן דער נויטווענדיקייט פון א שטענדיגער "מאביליזאציע" פון אלע כחות פאר דעם זעלבן צוועק - צו פארשטארקן יראת שמים און קיום המצוות אין דעם פערזענלעכן טאג-טעגלעכן לעבן.
עס איז כדאי צו באמערקן, אז אזוי ווי צו הקהל האט מען געדארפט ברענגען אויך די גאר קליינע קינדער (טף), האבן דאך די פרויען (די מוטערס און עלטערע שוועסטער) געהאט א ספעציעלע אויפגאבע זיי צו בריינג[ע]ן און אויפפאסן אויף זיי וכו' וואס דאס אונטערשטרייכט נאך מער די ספעציעלע פליכט, און זכות פון אידישע טעכטער אין דער פארשטארקונג און פארשפרייטונג פון תורה ומצוות על טהרת הקדש.
השם יתברך זאל געבן, אז דער געדאנק פון הקהל אין פארבינדונג מיט אייער סיום, ווי אויבנדערמאנט, זאל אייך שטענדיג באגלייטן אין אייער לעבנס-וועג, און איר זאלט זיין א קוואל פון השפעה און דערמוטיקונג אויך פאר דער גאנצער סביבה.

In response to your letter regarding your graduation from the Beis Rivka School—which, as has been emphasized many times, means a transition to a higher level in matters of holiness, Torah and mitzvos—I am sending my greetings and blessing that your completion should be at an auspicious and successful time, and that you should continue to advance in all matters of goodness and holiness with great success.
Since this year is a year of Hakhel, all matters of this year are illuminated with the content of Hakhel.
In general, the concept of Hakhel was to gather all Jews—men, women, and children—with the purpose of strengthening awe of Heaven and observance of mitzvos in the daily life of the entire Jewish people.
In personal life—just as a person is called an "olam katan" (a miniature world), with a whole array of powers, both soul and body—the idea of Hakhel should remind one about the necessity for a constant "mobilization" of all one's faculties for this same purpose: to strengthen awe of Heaven and observance of mitzvos in one's personal daily life.
It is worth noting that just as during Hakhel even very small children (taf) had to be brought, it was specifically women (the mothers and older sisters) who had a special task to bring them and watch over them etc., which further underscores the special duty and merit of Jewish daughters in strengthening and spreading Torah and mitzvos in purity and holiness.
May Hashem Yisbarach grant that the idea of Hakhel connected with your graduation, as mentioned above, will always accompany you on your life's path, and you will be a source of influence and encouragement also for your entire environment.
