מאשר הנני בקשתו ברכה פ"נ שבעת רצון יקרא על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב בתוכנו.
והרי נמצאים אנו בחדש השלישי אשר אף שלכאורה בששי בו ניתנה תורה, הרי מקשרים כל החדש בנתינת התורה ובסגנון ירחא תליתאי אורין תליתאין עמא תליתאי, והרי התורה היא המביאה ברכה והצלחה לבני ובנות ישראל בכל עניניהם ומתחיל בבנות ישראל וכמובא במכילתא ומדרשים, כה תאמר (בלשון רכה) לבית יעקב, אלו הנשים, ואח"כ ותגיד גו'.
בברכה לבשו"ט בטוב האמיתי שהוא טוב לשמים טוב לבריות וטוב העושה פירות וביחד עם זה גם טוב הנראה והנגלה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge your request for a blessing and a pan (pidyon nefesh), which at an auspicious time will be read at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news among us.
We are now in the third month which, although Torah was given on its sixth day, is connected throughout with the giving of Torah. As expressed: 'Yarcha Telitai Orin Telitain Amma Telitai' (the third month, with a threefold Torah, to a threefold people). The Torah brings blessing and success to all Jewish men and women in every aspect—beginning with Jewish women—as cited in Mechilta and Midrashim: 'So you shall say (in gentle language) to Beit Yaakov,' these are the women; only afterward does it say 'and tell...' to the men.
With blessings to hear good news—true goodness that is good for Heaven, good for people, good that bears fruit—and together with this also goodness that is visible and revealed.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Torah brings blessings to all areas of life and highlights the unique role of women in receiving it first. He encourages sharing good news and prays for both spiritual and tangible goodness for all.
