בעמדנו בימי הגאולה, גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, שהיא גם גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו,
אשר בודאי ידוע להן התענינותו בתקנת נשי ובנות ישראל ועניניהן.
- וכפי שאמר וגם כתב כמה וכמה פעמים (וזו גם היתה מהסיבות הראשונות לפרסומו כמה משיחותיו הק' באידיש, בלשון המדוברת באותן המדינות בם הי' בימים ההם) -
תקנה אמיתית, ז.א. עד שתפעול בהנהגה היום-יומית, שתהא מתאימה בכל להוראות תורתנו תורת חיים ומצוותי' עליהן נאמר וחי בהם.
וגם פעולות אלו עשה במסירה ונתינה ועד למסירת נפש, וכידוע ומפורסם.
וכיון אשר הוראות צדיקים ומעשיהם קיימים ופועלים פעולתם גם לאחרי זמן אפילו לאחרי זמן רב.
התקוה אשר תלמד כל אחת ואחת מהן, בתוככי כללות נשי ובנות ישראל, ה' עליהן תחיינה, לקח פרשת ימי גאולה אלה ונקודתם.
אשר כל איש ואשה הרוצים באמת לקיים התורה ומצותי' - אפשריות מלאה ויכולת ניתנה להם למלאות רצונם זה במילואו.
ויהי רצון שיהי' כל האמור מתוך בריאות הנכונה שמחה וטוב לבב, וזכות כל זה גם יעמוד להן לראות פרי טוב בעמלן, עמל קודש זה.

As we stand in the Days of Redemption—the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehavdil bein chayim lechayim zechuso yagen aleinu—which is also our redemption and the liberation of our souls, it is surely known to you how much he cared about the improvement and advancement of Jewish women and girls and their matters. As he said and wrote many times (and this was one of the main reasons he published some of his holy talks in Yiddish, the spoken language in those countries at that time)—a true improvement means that it affects daily conduct so that everything aligns with the teachings of our Torah, a Torah of life, and its mitzvos about which it is said "and you shall live by them." He also carried out these activities with self-sacrifice—even to the point of risking his life—as is well known.
Since the instructions and actions of tzaddikim endure and continue to have an effect even after much time has passed, there is hope that each one among you—together with all Jewish women and girls—may Hashem grant them life—will learn a lesson from these Days of Redemption and their essence: that every man and woman who truly wishes to fulfill Torah and mitzvos has been given full possibility and ability to completely fulfill this desire.
May it be G‑d's will that all this be done in good health, joy, and gladness of heart; may all this also merit you to see good fruit from your efforts—this holy work.
