To those participating in the annual undertaking of the NY Committee for the Seminar for Teachers and Girls' Schools in Kfar Chabad in our Holy Land — may it be built up — may Hashem grant them life, blessing and peace!
In response to the notification about the upcoming event on 13 Sivan, may it be G‑d's will that this undertaking should succeed in every aspect and in the best possible way.
It is to be hoped that on this occasion all participants will reflect deeply on the vital importance of these educational institutions, especially in today's times and circumstances. For if the Jewish daughter — the future akeres habayis (mainstay of the home) — has always held a most important place in Jewish life, today she occupies an even more significant role. For nowadays, under current circumstances, many duties connected with running the home, its spiritual state, educating children, etc., have shifted significantly from the husband to the akeres habayis.
This means that Jewish daughters today must receive a much broader and deeper preparation than in previous generations. This is also the mission of the Seminar and Girls' Schools in Kfar Chabad, in our Holy Land, where you have the merit to be among those who act and assist in their support and expansion.
The great merit of this holy work should stand by all of you and your families; may Hashem grant you success in your work and in everything you need both materially and spiritually.
