With satisfaction I received your letter from Tuesday in which you write that next week Wednesday will be the concluding meeting of the Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Chicago branch, and enclosed is my letter to the Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, which you will surely read at the meeting. And perhaps there will also be time to send you the continuation of the notes of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, regarding his imprisonment (which is currently being printed).
It would be appropriate at least briefly to tell those gathered about the Festival of Redemption. And as was always the wish of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, that it should not remain just a story but should lead to practical action regarding strengthening Torah and mitzvos.
This is especially true for women, who can have a great influence on their husbands and children. Of course, not all places and not all women are alike in this regard as to what can be demanded from them, but one can always find matters about which it is possible and necessary to speak in every place and to every woman. And when one speaks about this, one can hope for good results in actual practice.
