אן אויסדרוק פון אונזערע רביים און נשיאים, בפרט א נוסח פון א ברכה, איז דאך מדוייק - דורכגעטראכט און דייטלעך:
קבלת התורה דארף זיין אי מיט שמחה אי מיט פנימיות (אינערלעכקייט), און ביידע זאכן זיינען אויסגעבונדן. די שמחה וואס דער אויבערשטער האט אונז אויסגעקליבן אלס זיין הייליק פאלק און דערמעגלעכט אונז צו דערנעענטערן זיך און באהעפטן זיך מיט אים דורך תורה און מצוות, דארף אין אונז דערוועקן א תשוקה און אינערלעכן באגער אנצונעמען די תורה אזוי אז די תורה זאל אונז דורכנעמען און דורכדרינגען און באזעלען אלע ענינים אין אונזער טאג-טעגלעכן לעבן. במילא קען דאך קיין רייד ניט זיין וועגן באטראכטן תורה און מצוות אלס א לאסט, חלילה, אדער אן איינגעלערנטע געוואוינהייט ;63637#&אן חיות און לעבעדיקייט; יעדער ענין פון תורה ווערט אן אינערלעכע און דערפרייענדע איבערלעבניש, און עס פארשווינדן אלע נסיונות און שוועריקייטן.
אזוי אויך יעדע טעטיקייט צו פארשטארקן און פארשפרייטן תורה און מוסדות חינוך על טהרת הקדש, וואס דארף געטאן ווערן מיט שמחה און פנימיות. און וויבאלד אז עס האנדלט זיך וועגן אינערלעכן געפיל, צייכנט זיך אין דעם אויס די אידישע פרוי גאר באזונדערס.
דעריבער האף איך אז יעדע איינע פון די מיטגלידערינס וועלן מיט א שטייגענדע באגייסטערונג פארזעצן זייער גוטע ארבעט צו העלפן דערציען דעם יונגען דור אין חינוך על טהרת הקדש, אין א וואקסענדער מאס, אזוי אז זיי זאלן געניסן פון דער ברכה פון קבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות אין דער פולסטער מאס.
השם יתברך זאל אייך מצליח זיין אין אייער ארבעט ווי אויך אין אייערע ענינים פרטיים, אייך און אייערע בני בית שיחיו, עס זאל בא אייך שטענדיק הערשן שמחה, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

With pleasure I received the news about the upcoming annual luncheon on Tuesday, 10 Sivan. Since it takes place during the days that still belong to the festival of receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness — according to the blessing formula of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe — I hope that the inner joy of Shavuos will be expressed fittingly at this luncheon.
An expression from our Rebbeim and leaders, especially a blessing formula, is precise — well thought out and deliberate: accepting the Torah must be both with joy and with inwardness (inner feeling), and both are interconnected. The joy that the Almighty has chosen us as His holy nation and enabled us to draw close and connect with Him through Torah and mitzvos should awaken in us a longing and inner desire to accept the Torah so that it permeates and saturates all aspects of our daily lives.
Therefore, there can be no talk of regarding Torah and mitzvos as a burden, G‑d forbid, or merely as a learned habit without vitality or liveliness; every aspect of Torah becomes an inner and joyful experience, causing all challenges and difficulties to disappear.
The same applies to every activity aimed at strengthening and spreading Torah and institutions of pure education — this too must be done with joy and inwardness. And since this concerns an inner feeling, it is especially evident in Jewish women.
Therefore I hope that each member will continue her good work with increasing enthusiasm to help educate the younger generation in pure education in ever-growing measure so they may benefit from the blessing of receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness in fullest measure.
May Hashem grant you success in your work as well as in your personal matters — for you and your families — so that there will always be joy among you both materially and spiritually together.
