צו דער געלעגנהייט, און דורך דער פארמיטלונג, פון דער יערלעכער קאנווענשאן פון אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד, שיק איך מיין ברכה צו יעדערער פון אייך, מיט אן אינערלעכער תפילה פאר אייער הצלחה'דיגער ארבעט אויף אלע געביטן פון אייער פראגראם, און ספעציעל פאר ווייטגייענדע דערגרייכונגען פון דער פארשטייענדער קאנווענשאן.
נעכטן האבן מיר געבענטשט דעם חודש סיון. צענטראלער פונקט פון דעם חודש איז דער יום-טוב שבועות, זמן מתן תורתנו.
דער אויבערשטער האט אונז געגעבן א תורה תמימה, א גאנצע תורה. ווי חכמינו, זכרונם לברכה, דריקן זיך אויס (כל מה שתלמיד ותיק עתיד לחדש - נאמר למשה בסיני), אז אלץ וואס עס ווערט אויפגעטאן אין תורה אין אלע דורות איז שוין געגעבן געווארן צו משה רבינו ביים בארג סיני.
זעלבסטפארשטענדלעך, אז דאס נעמט אריין אלע טיילן פון דער תורה הק' וואס זיינען אנטפלעקט געווארן פון דור צו דור, בפרט פנימיות התורה, די אינערלעכע ליכטיקייט פון דער תורה, וואס איז אנטפלעקט געוארן פאר יחידים דורך רבי שמעון בן יוחאי, וועמענס יארצייט-הילולא איז ל"ג בעומר, און וואס איז שפעטער ברייט פארשפרייט געווארן צווישן אלע אידן אנהויבנדיק פון דעם בעל שם טוב, זכרונו לברכה, וועמענס יארצייט-הילולא איז דעם ערשטן טאג שבועות, זמן מתן תורתנו.
הייאר ווערט צוויי הונדערט יאר פון דער הסתלקות-הילולא פון דעם בעל שם טוב, און פאלט אויך אויס אין דעם זעלבן טאג פון דער וואך - מיטוואך, דער ליכטיגער טאג פון מעשה-בראשית, ווען די ליכטער האבן גענומען שיינען פון הימל. ווי דער אלטער רבי, דער גרינדער פון חב"ד, זאגט אויף דעם טאג - נטלו המאורות און נתלו המאורות. דאס הייסט, אז אין דעם אטג האט דער בעל שם טוב פארענדיקט זיין נשמה שליחות און זיין הייליגע נשמה האט זיך אומגעקערט צום באשעפער, אבער גלייכצייטיק האט זיין ליכטיקייט גענומען פארשפרייטן זיך שטארקער און ברייטער, דורך זיינע תלמידים און תלמידי-תלמידים, און יעדן יאר אין דעם טאג עפענען זיך נייע קוואלן פון זיין ליכטיקייט, וואס ציען זיך פון די טיפסטע ווארצלען פון זיין ג-טלעכער נשמה.
די אנטפלעקונג פון תורה בכלל, און פון תורת החסידות און חסידות חב"ד בפרט, האט א ספעציעלע באדייטונג פאר דער אידישער פרוי. ווי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר האט מערערע מאל, דורך ווארט און שריפט, אונטערשטראכן דעם באזונדערס וויכטיגען ארט וואס אידישע פרויען בכלל, און נשי ובנות חב"ד בפרט, פארנעמען אין אידישן לעבן.
"אלץ וואס ס'איז הייליג און טייער דעם ג-טלעכן אידישן פאלק, די גרינדונג פון דער אידישער היים, די דערציאונג פון די קינדער, די כשרות און קדושה פון דער היים, די קדושה פון שבת, אלץ האט דער אויבערשטער געגעבן און אנפארטרויט דער אידישער פרוי. די פרוי וואס דערפילט איר פליכט און לעבנס-אויפגאבע אין פאמיליאן - לעבן, אין דער אנפירונג פון דער הויז, די דערציאונג פון די קינדער על פי תורה - אויף איר ווערט געזאגט אין דער תורה: חכמות נשים בנתה ביתה - יעדע פון די קלוגע פרויען בויט איר היים".
פרויען און טעכטער פון חב"ד האבן די ספעציעלע פליכט צו שטיין אין דער ערשטער ריי פון יעדער טעטיקייט צו פארשטארקן אידישקייט בכלל און די הויז פירונג בפרט.
דורך דעם וואס יעדערע פון אייך וועט בויען איר אייגענע היים, און העלפן אויפריכטן די היימען פון אידישע שכנים ארום, אויף די אייביגע יסודות פון תורה ומצוות, דורכגעדרונגען מיט דער ליכטיקייט און ווארימקייט פון חסידות, ווערט אויפגעריכטעט דאס גאנצע בית ישראל, און עס ווערט צוגעגרייט דער באדן פאר משיח צדקנו, לויט דעם באקאנטן בריוו פון בעל שם טוב, אז ווען עס וועט דערפילט ווערן יפוצו מעיינותיך חוצה - ווען די קוואלן פון בעל שם טוב, זיינע אנווייזונגען, לערנונגען און פירונגען, וועלן פארשפרייט ווערן אפילו "אינדרויסן", וועט קומען די גאולה שלימה, על ידי משיח צדקנו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
To all the chapters of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad everywhere, and to the participants in the Fifth Annual Convention in particular—may Hashem be upon you and grant you life—greetings and blessings!
On this occasion, and through the medium of the annual convention of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, I send my blessing to each one of you, with an inner prayer for your successful work in all areas of your program, especially for far-reaching accomplishments from this present convention.
Yesterday we blessed the month of Sivan. The central point of this month is the festival of Shavuos, Zman Matan Toraseinu (the time of the giving of our Torah). The Alm-ghty gave us a complete Torah. As our Sages express (Kol mah she'talmid vatik asid lechadesh—ne'emar leMoshe b'Sinai; "Everything that a diligent student will innovate was already said to Moshe at Sinai"), everything that is accomplished in Torah in all generations was already given to Moshe Rabbeinu at Mount Sinai.
It is self-evident that this includes all parts of our holy Torah that have been revealed from generation to generation—especially Pnimiyus HaTorah (the inner light of Torah), which was revealed to individuals by Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai (whose yahrzeit-hilulah is Lag BaOmer), and which was later widely disseminated among all Jews beginning with the Baal Shem Tov (whose yahrzeit-hilulah is on the first day of Shavuos, Zman Matan Toraseinu).
This year marks two hundred years since the passing-hilulah of the Baal Shem Tov, which also falls on this same day of the week—Wednesday—the luminous day of Maaseh Bereishis (Creation), when lights began to shine from Heaven. As the Alter Rebbe, founder of Chabad, says about this day: nitlu hame'oros v'nitlu hame'oros (the luminaries were taken and hung). That is, on this day the Baal Shem Tov completed his soul's mission and his holy soul returned to its Creator; but simultaneously his radiance began to spread more strongly and broadly through his students and their students. Every year on this day new wellsprings open from his light that draw from the deepest roots of his G‑dly soul.
The revelation of Torah in general—and specifically Toras HaChassidus and Chassidus Chabad—has special significance for Jewish women. As my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, emphasized many times both verbally and in writing: Jewish women in general—and Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in particular—occupy a uniquely important place in Jewish life.
“Everything that is holy and precious to G‑d’s Jewish people—the foundation of the Jewish home; educating children; kashrus and holiness within the home; sanctity of Shabbos—all these were given by Hashem and entrusted to Jewish women. The woman who fulfills her duty and life-mission within family life—in managing her household; educating her children according to Torah—about her it is said: 'Chachmos nashim banta beisa' ('The wisdoms of women built her house').”
Women and daughters of Chabad have a special obligation to stand at the forefront of every activity strengthening Judaism generally and home conduct specifically. By each one building her own home—and helping establish homes for Jewish neighbors around her upon eternal foundations of Torah and mitzvos permeated with chassidic warmth—the entire House of Israel is uplifted. This prepares the way for Mashiach Tzidkeinu according to the well-known letter from the Baal Shem Tov: when 'yafutzu mayanosecha chutzah' ('your wellsprings will spread outward'), when his teachings are disseminated even “outside,” then will come complete redemption through Mashiach Tzidkeinu.
