... דבר גדול הי' לסדר איזה ארגון והתועדות מזמן לזמן בשביל בחורות מובן ופשוט שלא ביחד עם הבחורים וכן בהעדר נגונים כיון שיוצא מזה איזה פרצה בקול באשה ויש די חומר בהטאקס און טיילס וכיו"ב להתועדות, ואולי אפשר לעשות בהם גופא (אטשערעד) תור, שעל כל אחת ואחת יהי' להכין שיעור והרצאה בהתועדות שבמילא מעונינות יותר ונכנסים בעובי הענין...

... It would be a great thing to arrange some organization and farbrengen from time to time for girls. It is understood and obvious that this should not be together with the boys, and also without niggunim (melodies), since this could lead to a breach regarding 'kol b'isha' (a woman's voice). There is enough material in talks and similar content for the farbrengen, and perhaps it is possible to make a rotation among them themselves (a schedule), so that each one will prepare a lesson or lecture at the farbrengen. In this way, they will be more interested and become more deeply involved in the subject...
