Greetings and blessing!
I learned by chance that you have been meeting from time to time lately, and more frequently, with Mr.... and apparently also with his wife, may she live. It is surely unnecessary to urge you to influence both of them in a suitable way, time after time, until their home becomes a Chassidic home, for you surely recognize how great such a thing is in general, especially as regards the above, who has several who follow him, so that this is a matter affecting the many. But since all this time I have heard nothing from you about it, I come to urge and spur you again and again on the necessity of this.
As for the melancholy thought that perhaps the above may suspect that you want to influence him (and in truth, what harm if you are suspected in such matters; on the contrary), there are surely ways to lessen the suspicion. In any case, this should not lose the opportunity to bring the above close to Chassidus, its directives and customs, and even to Judaism in general, in which too he needs to fill what is lacking. To my sorrow, not only as regards views, where he lacks the whole approach, but also in matters of practice. From what I gathered of his wife, although I saw her only once, I hope she will not only not oppose this, but will also help, at least with time. In this your wife, may she live, can surely act, perhaps even more than you.
Awaiting good news in the above and also in your own affairs.
