ובעת רצון תקרא הרשימה על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ויהי רצון אשר מתוך בריאות הנכונה ושמחה וטוב לבב, תמשיך כל אחת מהן בביסוס היהדות המסורתית והפצתה, מתחיל בביתן, שהרי האשה היא היא עקרת הבית.
ובאופן המתאים למה שכתוב כל כבודה בת מלך פנימה - בבתי בני ישראל בכלל.
ובכל כגון זה הודיעונו חכמינו ז"ל, הבא לטהר - וידוע דיוק רבנו הזקן , לטהר גם לאחרים - מסייעים אותו.
ובפרט שהרי זה עתה באנו מימי הכתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בטוב הנראה והנגלה,
ועומדים אנו ערב זמן שמחתינו, שמחה אמיתית ופנימית, שמחה כפולה,
אשר כל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל שמח בהקב"ה, תורתו ומצותיו, והקב"ה שמח בהם.
ובמיוחד שהשנה ה[י]א "מקץ..שנת השמיטה" עלי' נאמר: הקהל את העם האנשים והנשים והטף גו'..למען ישמעו ולמען ילמדו ויראו את ה' אלקיכם ושמרו לעשות את כל דברי התורה הזאת.
בברכת מועדים לשמחה ולבשורות טובות בכל האמור.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
With pleasure I received the list of participants in the raffle as well as the letter requesting on behalf of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh — through their representative Mrs. Faiga Chen.
At an auspicious time, the list will be read at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
May it be G‑d's will that with proper health, joy, and gladness of heart, each one continues to strengthen and spread traditional Judaism, beginning in her own home — for indeed, the woman is truly the mainstay of the home. This should be done in accordance with what is written: Kol Kevudah Bas Melech Penimah ("All glorious is the king's daughter within") — in Jewish homes generally.
In all such matters our Sages have informed us: Haba L'Taher (one who comes to purify) — and it is known how precisely Rabbeinu HaZaken explained — to purify others as well — he is assisted.
This is especially so since we have just come from the days of being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year in revealed goodness, and we now stand on the eve of Zman Simchaseinu (the time of our rejoicing), true and inner joy, a double joy where every Jew rejoices in Hashem, His Torah and mitzvos, and Hashem rejoices in them.
Especially since this year is "Miketz...the year of Shemitah," about which it is said: Hakhel es ha'am ha'anashim v'hanashim v'hataf... l'maan yishme'u u'lmaan yilmedu v'yare'u es Hashem Elokeichem v'shamru la'asos es kol divrei haTorah hazos ("Gather together the people: men, women, and children... so that they may hear and so that they may learn and fear Hashem your G‑d and observe all the words of this Torah").
With blessings for joyous festivals and good tidings in all mentioned above.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages women to continue strengthening Judaism starting at home, highlighting their unique influence. He teaches that those who seek to purify themselves—and others—receive Divine assistance. The special year of Hakhel further emphasizes communal unity and Torah observance.
