בדרך אשר הורנו, שבנוגע לבנות ישראל בכלל, ותלמידות מוסד חינוך כ"בית חנה" בפרט, הוא
ללכת
מחיל אל חיל ביראת שמים ובהנהגה מתאימה לבנות ישראל שכל אחת מהן היא בת אמותינו שרה רבקה רחל ולאה, ולהיות דוגמא חי' ומשפיעה לחברות שלהן ולכל הסביבה.
וכיון שאחריות זו ותפקיד זה ניתנו להן מלמעלה,
הרי
ברור שניתנו להן גם הכוחות למלא אותם במילואם, ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצון.
וזכות הצדקה תעמוד לכאו"א מהן להצליח בהאמור באופן דמוסיף והולך.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
To the students of Beis Chana and foremost among them the educators—may Hashem be upon them for life—Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive your donation to the Keren HaEsrim (the Twentieth Fund), in connection with the twentieth yahrzeit of the holy Rebbe, my father-in-law, on Yud Shevat.
May it be G‑d's will that the memory of the one whose yahrzeit is being commemorated should arouse and strengthen in each and every one of you the desire and enthusiasm to follow in the path he taught us. Regarding Jewish girls in general—and especially students of an educational institution like Beis Chana—this means advancing from strength to strength in awe of Heaven and conduct befitting Jewish girls, each one being a daughter of our Matriarchs Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah; and to be a living example and influence for their friends and all those around them.
Since this responsibility and role were given to you from Above, it is clear that you were also given the ability to fully carry them out; it depends only on your will. The merit of tzedakah will stand by each one of you for success in all this in an ever-increasing manner.
