Your letter was received, and may Hashem Yisbarach fulfill the wishes of your heart for good.
It is certainly unnecessary to emphasize the need to strengthen and increase matters of Torah and Judaism in daily life. In addition to the main point—that it is the duty of every Jewish man and woman to conduct themselves according to the will of the Creator, may He be blessed—this is also the channel for increased blessings from Hashem in all that is needed.
And as we find ourselves in these days that connect Pesach, the time of our freedom (freedom of the body in its literal sense), with Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah (freedom of the soul), in both of which Jewish women and girls had a most significant role, as is known—these days are especially auspicious for Jewish women and girls to reflect on their good portion granted by Divine Providence in establishing and ensuring the continuity of the Jewish people.
In connection with the above, enclosed is a copy of a general letter to the annual convention of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, with strong hope that you will practically utilize its content as discussed above.
