ויהי רצון שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, ואשרי חלקן של כל אלו המשתדלות ומסייעות בזה, שהרי זהו מיסודי תורתנו הק' תורת חיים, וכמבואר בכמה מקומות בארוכה, ומובן גם כן ממאמר רז"ל שניתנה מצוה [זו] לנשי ישראל שעל ידי זה מתקנות הן חטא הראשון שהוא מקור כל החטאים אשר בעולם, ומקור כל הלא טוב אשר בעולם.
ויהי רצון אשר פעולתן האמורה תשמש דוגמא, ומהן תראינה וכן תעשינה נשי ישראל בכמה וכמה מקומות, ויהי' זה מתוך מנוחה שמחה וטוב לבב, וישמש זה גם כן צנור וכלי להוספה בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך להן בכלל ובענין הפנימי אשר ביחד עם בעליהן שי' יגדלו את כל יוצאי חלציהם שי' לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים.

With pleasure I received your letter from the 16th of Iyar, in which you write about the study session among the members regarding the laws of family purity.
May it be G‑d's will that it be at an auspicious and successful time, and fortunate is the portion of all those who strive and assist in this matter, for this is one of the foundations of our holy Torah, a Torah of life—as explained at length in several places. It is also understood from the saying of our Sages that this mitzvah was given to the women of Israel so that through it they rectify the first sin, which is the source of all sins in the world and the source of all negativity in the world.
May it be G‑d's will that your aforementioned activity serve as an example, and from you others will see and do likewise—Jewish women in many places. May this be done with tranquility, joy, and gladness of heart. May this also serve as a channel and vessel for increased blessings from Hashem in all your needs generally and especially in the inner matter—that together with your husbands you should raise all your descendants to Torah, marriage under the chuppah, and good deeds.
With blessings for good news in all the above.
