After a break, your letter from Erev Shabbat Parshat Naso was received. It is understood that what you write—that when there is an opportunity to utilize it for activities to strengthen Judaism you will do so immediately—is not sufficient. As is known from the explanation in the words of our Sages regarding one who is engaged in Torah matters: this should be like a person's conduct in business—he does not sit at home waiting for people to come and ask if he has a certain product and if he wants to profit, etc.; rather, the businessman strives and exerts himself in this. As it says: "We run and they run," and further elaboration on something so obvious is unnecessary. It is clear that my intent is not for theoretical discussion but for an actual positive change, and may Hashem grant you success.

In particular, I wish to arouse you regarding activities in the area of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, who complain that very few among Anash assist them with their matters. We have just passed the time of the giving of our Torah, where the order was: "So shall you say to the house of Yaakov (the women) and tell the children of Israel (the men)," as explained by our Sages.

I await good news regarding all of the above and that it should be accompanied by proper health.
