זוהי השנה התשיעית מאז נוסדו מוסדות החינוך לנערות "בית רבקה" על ידי המרכז לעניני חנוך, על פי הוראת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הכ"מ.
ותהלה לא-ל, גדלו המוסדות האלה בכמות ובאיכות, והתלמידות הלומדות שם מתחנכות בחנוך כשר על יסודות התורה ויראת שמים.
מאד מאד החשיב כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ את המוסדות האלה, בתור הכרחיות לקיום בית ישראל, ומדי פעם בפעם ובפרט לרגלי החגיגות השנתיות, יצא בקריאה של חיבה בקשה ודרישה להעיר תשומת לב הציבור הרחב על גודל החובה והזכות של כל איש ואשה בישראל להחזיק את המוסדות "בית רבקה" אשר קיימות מכבר ולאפשר התפתחותם והרחבתם ויסוד סניפים חדשים.
דברי צדיקים ומנהיגי ישראל קיימים לעד. וגם אחרי הסתלקות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ עלינו לזכור תמיד את הוראותיו בכלל ועתה בפרט בענין שהזמן גרמא, להתעורר ולהתאמץ ביתר שאת בהחזקת המוסדות, שכל כך יקרו בעיניו.
המתעסקים במסדות החנוך "ארגון בית רבקה", ובראשם הרה"ח והרה"ג עסקן חרוץ בהרבצת תורה וחינוך הכשר וו"ח אי"א מוהר"ר ישראל שיחי' דזשייקאבסאן, מסדרים חגיגה שנתית אשר תתקיים אי"ה ביום כ' אייר הבע"ל.
והנני פונה בקריאת התעוררות לכל איש ואשה בישראל אשר גורל בנות ישראל נוגע ללבם, להשתתף בחגיגה שנתית זו בגופם ובמאודם, להיות עושים ומעשים לטובת המיסדות האלה בכלל ולטובת החגיגה השנתית בפרט.
ומובטחני אשר ברכות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ אשר ברך את כל המשתתפים בהחזקת המוסדות "בית רבקה" - יקויימו בהם ובבני ביתם יחיו להתברך בכל טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות.

This is the ninth year since the founding of the Beis Rivka girls' educational institutions by the Central Organization for Education, following the directive of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory. With praise to G‑d, these institutions have grown both in quantity and quality, and the students studying there are being educated with proper education based on Torah and fear of Heaven.
My revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, greatly valued these institutions as essential for maintaining the Jewish home. From time to time, especially on the occasion of their annual celebrations, he would issue heartfelt calls to draw public attention to the great duty and privilege every Jew has—man or woman—to support Beis Rivka institutions that already exist, enable their development and expansion, and establish new branches.
The words of tzaddikim and leaders of Israel endure forever. Even after my revered father-in-law's passing, we must always remember his directives in general—and now especially regarding this timely matter—to awaken ourselves and strengthen our efforts in supporting these institutions that were so precious to him.
The organizers of Beis Rivka's educational activities—headed by Haraha"ch vavaha"g energetic activist in spreading Torah and proper education vavac"h iy"a Moreinu HaRav Yisrael Jacobson—are arranging an annual celebration which will take place G‑d willing on 20 Iyar this coming year.
I therefore call upon every Jew whose heart is moved by the fate of Jewish daughters to participate in this annual celebration physically and financially—to act for the benefit of these institutions in general and for this annual event in particular.
I am certain that my revered father-in-law's blessings—which he gave to all who support Beis Rivka—will be fulfilled for them and their families: that they be blessed with all good both materially and spiritually.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that supporting Torah-true education for girls is a communal responsibility with lasting merit. Participation—both physical and financial—in such causes brings blessings for oneself and one's family in all areas.
