ובפרט אשר הנסיעה והביקור כאן קשורים במועד מלאות

Blessings and greetings! In response to your letter informing me that in the lottery held at the Beis Rivkah Seminary in Kfar Chabad for a trip here, you won the draw—may it be G‑d's will that He Who watches over each and every one with individual Divine Providence bless you and grant you success to utilize this trip as much as necessary and even more so, for your merit and for the merit of all participants in the lottery—may they live. Especially since this trip and visit here are connected with the occasion of twenty years since the passing of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel; and this year Yud Shevat falls as it did in the year of his passing—on Shabbos Kodesh.
May G‑d grant that all participants in the lottery—and you among them—succeed in fulfilling their role as daughters of Israel, a holy nation, each one being a daughter of our Matriarchs Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah; and may their parents and teachers see from them much true Jewish chassidic nachas.
