די יערלעכע חגיגה פון די "בית רבקה" מוסדות, וואס קומט פאר דעם קומענדיקן זונטאג, י"ט אדר, דארף באטראכט ווערען, מיט א בעזונדער אויפמערקזאמקייט און ערנסקייט.
עס מוז אונטערשטראכן ווערען, ווידער אמאל און נאכאמאל, אז די אידישע טאכטער, די צוקונפטיקע בעל-הבית'טע, די עקרת הבית פון דער אידישער היים, איז די אין וועמענס הענט, אין א גרויסער מאס, עס ליגט די דערציאונג פון די קינדער; די, וועלכע, אין א גרויסער מאס שאפט און פורמט דעם גוף און די נשמה פון דער אידישער היים, בריינגט אריין די ליכטיקייט פון תורה און מצוות, שבת און יו"ט, גוטע מדות און שיינע אידישע מנהגים - די אלע זאכן וועלכע שאפן א כשר'ע, ריינע, גליקלעכע אידישע היים.
אין די בית רבקה מוסדות ווערען די אידישע טעכטער דערצויגן און צוגעגרייט, פאר זייער גרויסע לעבנס-אויפגאבע. און דערפאר זיינען די בית רבקה מוסדות א לעבנס-נויטווענדיקייט.
ליידער ניט קוקנדיק אויף דאס אויבנדערמאנטע, ראנגלען זיי זיך מיט שווערע פינאנציעלע פראבלעמען, וועלכע שטערן זייער אנטוויקלונג און וואוקס.
איך ווענדע זיך מיט א הארציגן רוף צו אלעמען, וועמען תורה און אידישקייט על טהרת הקודש איז נאענט און טייער, צו העלפין שאפן א ממשית'דיקע הילף פאר די בית רבקה מוסדות, און אויך ווירקען אויף זייערע פריינד און באקאנטע זיי זאלען דאס טאן.
און דער זכות פון שטארקן דעם חינוך פון בנות ישראל ברוח ישראל סבא, וועט זיכער ביישטיין די שטיצער און מיטהעלפער, אז השי"ת זאל זיי העלפין אין אלעס וואס זיי נויטיגן זיך בגשמיות וברוחניות.

To all friends of Torah and proper education, and to the participants in the annual celebration of "Beis Rivkah," especially—may Hashem be upon them and grant them life.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
The annual celebration of the Beis Rivkah institutions, which will take place this coming Sunday, the 19th of Adar, should be regarded with special attention and seriousness.
It must be emphasized again and again that the Jewish daughter—the future mistress of the house, the mainstay of the Jewish home—is she in whose hands, to a great extent, lies the education of the children; she who largely shapes and forms both the body and soul of the Jewish home, bringing in the light of Torah and mitzvos, Shabbos and Yom Tov, good character traits and beautiful Jewish customs—all those things that create a kosher, pure, happy Jewish home.
In the Beis Rivkah institutions, Jewish daughters are educated and prepared for their great life mission. Therefore, these institutions are a vital necessity.
Unfortunately, despite all this mentioned above, they struggle with severe financial difficulties that hinder their development and growth.
I turn with a heartfelt call to everyone for whom Torah and Judaism in their purest form are dear and close: help provide substantial support for Beis Rivkah institutions—and also influence your friends and acquaintances to do so as well.
The merit of strengthening the education of Bnos Yisrael in the spirit of Yisrael Saba will surely stand by all supporters and helpers—that Hashem will assist them in everything they need both materially and spiritually.
