And just as everything happens by Divine Providence, when the officers accept this position, they should reflect on the great merit that has been given to them. With even greater responsibility, they should work to strengthen Yiddishkeit in general and especially the ways and customs of chassidus. This will awaken within them greater strength to act with more health and joy, and they will influence other members as well. May Hashem bless each one of them and all together in all the above-mentioned matters.
Certainly, you made proper use of the days of Chanukah regarding the work of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, and it should also be fulfilled—as is the law—that one always increases (in holiness).
