אייער אונטערנעמונג קומט פאר אין דער צייט פון יאר ווען מען לייענט די סדרות וואו עס ווערט דערציילט וועגען דעם בויען פון משכן-מקדש, און וועגן דעם אנטייל פון די פרויען אין דער זאך.
זיכער וועט דער אינהאלט פון די פרשות התורה נאכאמאל דערמאנען און אונטערשטרייכן די וויכטיקייט פון דער פרוי און טאכטער אין אלע פרטים פונם אידישען לעבן - אלס טאן-געבערין און וועג-ווייזערין.
ווארום, ווי די תורה דערציילט, זיינען די פרויען געווען די ערשטע צו נעמען א חלק אין בויען דעם הייליקן ארט פאר דער ג-טלעכער שכינה, און זיי האבן זיך אנטזאגט צו נעמען א חלק אין דעם גאלדענעם עגל, וואס איז געווען דער היפוך דערפון.
א באוואוסטזיניקע אידישע פרוי און טאכטער פילט מיט אן אינערלעכן, ג-ט געבענטשטן חוש, וואס עס איז הייליק און דארף געשטיצט ווערן און וואס עס איז שעדלעך און דארף דערווייטערט ווערן פון אידישן לעבן.
און אין דער איצטיקער צייט, ווען גוטס און שלכטס, ליכט און פינסטערניש, ווערן אפט פארטוישט, איז, נאך מער ווי אלעמאל א לעבנס-נויטווענדיקייט, אז אט דער אינערלעכער ג-טלעכער חוש פון דער אידישער פרוי און טאכטער זאל קומען צום אויסדרוק אין טאג-טעגלעכן לעבן.
אין דעם באשטייט טאקע די הויפט אויפגאבע פון די פארצווייגטע אגודות נשי ובנות חב"ד:
ארויסצוברענגען די אינערליכע באוואוסטזיניקייט פון דער אידישער פרוי און טאכטער און זייער געפיל פון אחריות צו פארנעמען זייער ריכטיקן ארט אין בית ישראל און אלעס עקרת-הבית.
און שטענדיק צו געדענקען, אז אין זייערע הענט, אין א גרויסע מאס, ליגט די צוקונפט פון בית ישראל.
השם יתברך זאל מצליח זיין אייער ארבעט און טעטיקייט, איר זאלט אויספירן אין דער פולסטער מאס, די אויבנדערמאנטע כוונה פנימית וואס עס איז אין דער גרינדונג פון די אגודות נשי ובנות חב"ד.
און דורכדעם אויך צוגעבן און מוסיף זיין אין די ג-טלעכע ברכות פאר אייך און אייערע בני-בית שיחיו, בגשמיות וברוחניות.

In connection with the news about your initiative on Sunday, Parshas Tetzaveh, 7 Adar, I am sending greetings and blessings to all participants and especially to the members of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad.
Your initiative takes place during the time of year when we read the Torah portions that tell about the building of the Mishkan (Sanctuary), and about the involvement of women in this matter.
Certainly, the content of these Torah portions will again remind and emphasize the importance of women and daughters in every detail of Jewish life—as those who act and guide.
For, as the Torah tells us, women were the first to take part in building a holy place for the Divine Presence, and they refused to participate in making the Golden Calf, which was its opposite.
A conscious Jewish woman or daughter feels with an inner G‑d-given sense what is holy and should be supported, and what is harmful and should be distanced from Jewish life.
And in our present time—when good and bad, light and darkness are often confused—it is more than ever a vital necessity that this inner Divine sense of the Jewish woman and daughter should find expression in daily life.
This is truly the main task of all branches of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad: to bring out this inner awareness in Jewish women and daughters, along with their sense of responsibility to take their proper place in Beis Yisrael as everything that defines a home's foundation.
And always remember that in their hands, to a great extent, lies the future of Beis Yisrael.
May Hashem grant success to your work and activities; may you fully realize this inner intention behind founding Nshei U'Bnos Chabad. And through this may G‑d also increase His blessings for you and your families—in both material and spiritual matters.
