בייגעלייגט איז א קאפיע פון מיינעם א בריף צו די אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד אין פערשידענע ערטער, וואס באמת איז דאס שייך צו די אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד אין אלע ערטער וואו זיי זיינען שוין פראן און וואס וועלען בעזה"י נאך געגרינדעט ווערען.
מיט א וואונש פון ברכה והצלחה, אין דער א.ד. ארבעט און דאס זאל אויך דינען אלס צנור וכלי צו ברכה והצלחה אין אייערע פרטיות'דיקע ענינים, און ערווארט הערן בשורות טובות.

With pleasure I received your letter from Parshas Vayeira, in which you write about your first gathering on Tuesday, the 2nd of Cheshvan, about the resolutions you made, as well as the names of the women who participated in the meeting.
I hope that just as every living thing grows, so too will this grow—both in quantity, meaning the number of women who will participate in the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Association, and also in quality—to broaden the work into various areas: both "spiritual within spiritual," meaning learning appropriate subjects; and "physical within spiritual," regarding assistance to holy institutions. And according to our Sages' saying: Adam Mekadesh Atzmo Me'at Lematah (When a person sanctifies himself even a little here below), that is, when a person sanctifies himself even just a bit in this physical world, he is sanctified much more from above—they give him help and sanctify him with much greater measure and with strengths from above.
Enclosed is a copy of my letter to Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Associations in various places; truly it applies to all Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Associations wherever they already exist and those that will be established with G‑d's help.
