It is simply essential to also organize Torah study for women—especially in the laws that are relevant to them. See Hilchot Tefillah, Tanya—by the Alter Rebbe, end of section A.
When writing about communal matters—do so in consultation with local community activists immediately.
Regarding health matters—follow the instructions of a doctor.
