Thank you for your letter regarding the initial movement in the matter of the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad association. May it be G‑d's will that there will be a fundamental change in the attitude of the women of Anash toward this matter. It seems that for this to happen, a fundamental change is also needed in the attitude of the men of Chabad toward this issue, as apparently they still have not internalized (afgeleggt) its necessity. Even though this is already evident in practice, it remains concealed and obscured by the doubled and redoubled darkness of our generation.

May it be G‑d's will that especially in this month of mercy, when the King, Melech Malchei HaMelachim Hakadosh Baruch Hu, is found in the field—the reality in the field influences even those who are there to present their requests to the King and thus have them fulfilled.
