Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased with what you wrote about the farbrengen on Shabbat Mevarchim, and mainly that you also visited the homes of Anash, and surely this was done in a way that the women were also satisfied.
As discussed at the farbrengen on Acharon Shel Pesach—that the redemption of Pesach came through the will of the women in this matter, as explained in the Midrash that righteous women influenced their husbands; similarly with receiving the Torah—which is a continuation of Pesach and includes even the days in between—the verse is precise: 'Ko tomar leBeit Yaakov...' ("So shall you say to the house of Jacob...") and our Sages explain in Shemot Rabbah that Hashem commanded to first gain the agreement of the women on this, and only afterwards etc.
A blessing awaits for good news.
Summary
The Rebbe highlights how women's satisfaction and involvement are crucial for true communal success, drawing from Pesach redemption and Torah acceptance as examples. Ensuring women's contentment brings blessing to all efforts.
