בנועם קבלתי הידיעה על דבר מפעל "משלוח מנות" שהשתתפו בו.
ובודאי אין צורך להסביר להן גודל המצוה, שאף שהיא מהמצוות המיוחדות של פורים, אבל

וענינה - ענין
ואהבת לרעך
, וכמודגש בנוסח

מנות איש

" - הרי נוגע זה בכל השנה כולה.
ובפרט,
כמדובר
כמה פעמים,
שהנשים
והבנות הי' להן חלק חשוב בנס פורים ועד כדי ההדגשה בזה שהמגילה נקראת לא על שם מרדכי, ואף לא על שם מרדכי ואסתר גם יחד, כי אם דוקא על שם אסתר בלבד.
וכיון שאמרו חכמינו זכרונם
לברכה
"מסמך גאולה לגאולה", שזה מובלט ביחוד בשנת עיבור זו שפורים הוא באדר הסמוך לניסן,
יהי רצון שפעולתן האמורה, בתוככי שאר מצוות דפורים, תהא הכנה לזמן חירותנו, כולל

It was with pleasure that I received the news about your participation in the Mishloach Manos project. Surely there is no need to explain to you the greatness of this mitzvah; although it is one of the special mitzvos of Purim, its content and essence—the idea of 'VeAhavta LeReiacha' (love your fellow)—as emphasized in the phrase 'Mishloach Manos Ish LeRei'eihu' (sending portions one to another), is relevant throughout the entire year.
Especially—as has been discussed many times—that women and girls had an important part in the miracle of Purim, so much so that it is emphasized by the fact that the Megillah is not named after Mordechai, nor even after both Mordechai and Esther together, but specifically after Esther alone.
And since our Sages said "Samuch Geulah L'Geulah" (juxtaposing redemption to redemption), which is especially highlighted this leap year when Purim falls in Adar adjacent to Nisan, may it be G‑d's will that your aforementioned activities—together with other mitzvos of Purim—serve as a preparation for Zman Cheiruseinu (the time of our freedom), including freedom from all matters that disturb both materially and spiritually.
May Hashem grant you success to go from strength to strength and from mitzvah to mitzvah.
