די אונטערנעמוהג היינטיקס יאר קומט פאר אין דער וואך פון דער פרשה שלח, וואו עס ווערט דערציילט, אז משה רבנו האט געשיקט שלוחים ארומקוקן ארץ-ישראל, און אז די שלוחים האבן געבראכט א ניט-ריכטיקן באריכט. דערציילן אונזערע חכמים, זכרונם לברכה, אז די פרויען האבן זיך ניט אפגעשראקן פאר דעם אומגינסטיקן באריכט און זיי האבן ווייטער געוועלט אנהאלטן זייער וועג צו ארץ ישראל, ארץ הקודש, לויט דעם איבערשטנס רצון. די פרויען זיינען געווען דורכגעדרונגען מיט דעם געפיל, אז ארץ ישראל איז א לאנד פון קדושה און ספעציעלע ג-טלעכע השגחה, ווי די תורה זאגט: ארץ אשר עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית שנה ועד אחרית שנה - א לאנד וואו די ספעציעלע ג-טלעכע השגחה איז פון אנהויבס יאר ביז ענדע יאר.
ווי עס איז מערערע מאל אונטערשטראכן געווארן, איז די תורה אן אייביקע, און אלע אירע אנווייזונגען זיינען אייביקע, דאס הייסט גילטיק אומעטום און אין אלע צייטן.
די צוגעבונדנקייט פון דער אידישער פרוי צו "ארץ הקודש" איז אן אויסדרוק פון איר איבערגעבנקייט צו אלע ענינים פון קדושה, תורה ומצוות, וואס דריקט זיך אויס נאך אין א שטארקערע פארם ווי בא די מענער, פון צייט צו צייט.
דערפון איז אן אנווייזונג אויך פאר אונזער דור, אז די פרויען קענען פיל אויפטאן צו פארשטארקן אלע ענינים פון קדושה, תורה ומצוות, צוערשט אין זייער אייגענע היים און צוזאמען דערמיט אויך אין דער סביבה אין א פאסנדן אופן, און אזוי ארום מאכן בא זים אינדערהיים און אין דער סביבה אן "ארץ הקדש" פאר דער ג-טלעכער שכינה.
דאס איז דאך פון די אויפגאבען פון די חב"ד פרויען אומעטום, וועלכע האבן נאך דעם ספעציעלען זכות וואס זייער וועג איז באלויכטן מיט דער ליכטיקייט פון חסידות און חסידישע טראדיציעס.
און פונקט ווי צוזאמען מיט ארץ ישראל זיינען געגעבן געווארן אלע גטלעכע ברכות פון ארץ זבת חלב ודבש אויך אין דעם מאטעריעלן זין, אויב נאר מען וועט זיך אויפפירן לויט דעם אויבערשטנס רצון, אזוי זיינען שטענדיק אנגעגרייט אלע גטלעכע ברכות פאר אלעמען וועלכע העלפן פארשטארקן און פארשפרייטן תורה-אידישקייט, לויט זייערע פולסטע מעגלעכקייטן.
השם יתברך זאל מצליח זיין אייער ארעט אין א שטייגענדער מאס, און זאל אייך באגליקן בטוב הנראה והנגלה אין אלץ וואס מען נויטיקט זיך, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

In response to the news about your upcoming annual luncheon on Sunday, Parshas Shelach Lecha, may it be with great success in every respect.
The saying of the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, is well known: the weekly Torah portion contains guidance for daily life, especially regarding extraordinary events. This year's event takes place during Parshas Shelach, which tells how Moshe Rabbeinu sent emissaries to scout Eretz Yisrael and how they brought back an incorrect report. Our Sages of blessed memory tell us that the women were not intimidated by this negative report and continued to desire to go to Eretz Yisrael, the Holy Land, according to Hashem's will.
The women were permeated with the feeling that Eretz Yisrael is a land of holiness and special Divine providence, as the Torah says: "Eretz Asher Einei Hashem Elokecha Bah Meireishis Shanah V'ad Acharis Shanah" (a land where the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end). As has been emphasized many times, Torah is eternal and all its instructions are eternal — valid everywhere and at all times.
The Jewish woman's connection to "Eretz HaKodesh" expresses her devotion to all matters of holiness, Torah and mitzvos — which is often even stronger than among men. From this we learn for our generation too: women can accomplish much to strengthen all matters of holiness, Torah and mitzvos — first in their own homes and also in their surroundings in a fitting manner — thus making both home and environment into an "Eretz HaKodesh" for the Divine Presence.
This is one of the missions of Chabad women everywhere, who have a special merit that their path is illuminated by the light of Chassidus and chassidic traditions. Just as together with Eretz Yisrael came all G‑dly blessings — "a land flowing with milk and honey," also materially — if only one follows Hashem's will; so too are all G‑dly blessings always ready for everyone who helps strengthen and spread Torah-true Judaism according to their fullest abilities.
May Hashem grant success to your efforts in ever-increasing measure and bless you with visible good in everything you need — both materially and spiritually together.
