... Enclosed is a copy of my letter to the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Association. Since I do not know your esteemed wife personally, I rely on the principle that the wife of a chaver (Torah scholar) is like the chaver himself, and she can certainly influence her surroundings in the appropriate direction as mentioned in my above letter. In truth, that letter is directed to all Jewish women; however, the openness to speak words of guidance without distinction comes from my special connection to Nshei U'Bnos Chabad (see also Derech Mitzvosecha p. 112b). Surely if further explanation is needed, your good self will not hesitate to provide it as necessary. Thank you in advance for your efforts regarding this matter. I wish your esteemed wife much success in her above-mentioned work; the merit of spreading the light of Judaism in one's environment is great, for it strengthens and increases the illumination in a person's eyes.
