I received your letter, and may Hashem Yisbarach fulfill your heartfelt desires for good. Surely it is unnecessary to emphasize the need to strengthen matters of Torah and mitzvos in daily life. In addition to the main point—that a Jew must live according to the will of the One Above—this is also the way to receive an increase in His blessings in everything one needs. And regarding matters of Torah, mitzvos, and Judaism in general—no matter how good one's situation is—there is always room to improve and strengthen.
In these current days, right after Matan Torah—which is the conclusion and completion of Pesach, as it says: "BeHotzi'acha Et HaAm MiMitzrayim Ta'avdun Et HaElokim Al HaHar HaZeh" ("When you bring out the people from Egypt you will serve G‑d on this mountain")—the festival of liberation from Egypt's exile and the festival of Matan Torah, in both of these greatest events for all Israel, Jewish women and daughters had a very great share. Therefore, every Jewish woman and daughter should especially contemplate the extremely important role that Divine Providence has assigned her in ensuring the continuity of the Jewish people.
The attached letter to the annual convention of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad has a direct connection with what was written above. My hope is that its content will have the desired effect.
