ובטח מכרת היא היטב בהאחריות המוטלת על האשה היא עקרת הבית, וידוע מאמר רז"ל אשר ברכה נמשכת בבית בשביל האשה (יבמות סב, ב ומבואר בלקוטי תורה סוף פ' ברכה), ומובן אשר הדברים אמורים הן ברכה בגשמיות והן - ברוחניות, וכיון שאין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו, הרי בינה יתירה ניתנה באשה לסדר את הבית, על ידי הכנה המתאימה מקודם, לבנות ביתה בישראל ממולא בנר מצוה ותורה אור ומאור שבתורה זוהי פנימיות התורה תורת החסידות.

In response to your notification that you have decided to become engaged to the Avrech Mr.... I hereby express my blessing that it should be at an auspicious and successful time, for good fortune both materially and spiritually.
Certainly you are well aware of the responsibility placed upon the woman, who is the mainstay of the home. It is well known from our Sages that blessing comes to a home because of the woman (Yevamos 62b, as explained in Likkutei Torah at the end of Parshas Berachah), and it is understood that this refers to both material and spiritual blessing. Since the Holy One does not make unreasonable demands on His creations, extra understanding was given to women to arrange their homes—through proper preparation beforehand—to build her home in Israel filled with "Ner Mitzvah" (the candle of mitzvah) and "Torah Or" (the light of Torah), and the inner light of Torah, which is Toras HaChassidus.
