איך שיק מיין באגריסונג און ברכה צו די נייע באאמטע, מיט דער האפנונג, אז זיי צוזאמען מיט די פריערדיקע באאמטע און אלע מיט-גלידערינס, וועלן פארשטארקען און אויסברייטערן די ארבעט פון דער פרויען קאמיטי, און וועלען האבן א דערפאלגרייכן יאהר, ספעציעל נעמענדיק אין אכט, אז דעם יאהר ווערט 200 יאהר פון דער הסתלקות הילולא פון בעל שם טוב.
מיר האבן אפט געהערט פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אין נאמען פון אלטן רבי'ן בעל התניא, אז די געשעענישן פון דער וואך שפיגלען זיך אפ אין דער סדרה פון דער וואך און מען דארף זיך לערנען פון דער פרשת השבוע ווי צו פירן זיך אין דער באטרעפנדער וואך.
אין דער סדרה ויצא לערנען מיר ווי אזוי יעקב אבינו איז געקומען אין א פרעמד לאנד, האט דורכגעמאכט שווערע צייטן און נסיונות; ער האט זיך אבער פאר קיינע שוועריקייטן ניט דערשראקן און האט גראדע אין דער פרעמד אויפגעשטעלט דעם בית ישראל, וואו אלע קינדער זיינען געבליבן טריי דער טראדיציע פון די אבות, אברהם יצחק און יעקב. און דאס איז דערמעגלעכט געווארן אדאנק דעם, וואס די אידישע מאמעס, רחל, לאה, בלהה און זלפה, האבן געטאן אלץ וואס איז געווען אפהענגיק פון זיי צו פארזיכערן די גאנצקייט פון זייער היים און די צוקונפט פון זייער פאלק. אט דאס איז דער אינערלעכער זין פון דעם באגריף אז די אידישע פרוי איז די עקרת הבית, ניט נאר פון איר אייגענער היים נאר אויך פון גאנץ בית ישראל.
אזוי ווי מיר געפינען זיך אין דעם חודש פון חנוכה, וואס די מצוה און לערע פון חנוכה איז צו פארשפרייטען די ליכטיקייט פון נר מצוה ותורה אור אין אן אופן פון מוסיף והולך, יעדן טאג אלץ מער, זאל דער אויבערשטער מצליח זיין אייער ארבעט עס זאל שטייגן און וואקסן, און דאס וועט זיכער אויך ברענגען ג-ט'ס ברכות צו יעדער איינער פון די מיט-ארבעטארינס אויך אין אן אופן פון מוסיף והולך, עס זאל זיין ליכטיק און פריילעך אין אייערע היימען אין אלע הינזיכטן, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The report of your work, and the news about the installation celebration for the nine officers on Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh Parshas Vayeitzei, brought me understandable joy.
I send my greetings and blessings to the new officers, with the hope that together with the previous officers and all members, they will strengthen and expand the work of the Women's Committee and have a successful year—especially considering that this year marks 200 years since the histalkus hilulah of the Baal Shem Tov.
We have often heard from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, in the name of the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya, that the events of a week are reflected in its Torah portion (parsha), and one should learn from Parshas HaShavua how to conduct oneself during that week.
In Parshas Vayeitzei we learn how Yaakov Avinu came to a foreign land, endured difficult times and challenges; yet he was not frightened by any difficulties. On the contrary, it was in exile that he established Beis Yisrael (the House of Israel), where all his children remained faithful to the tradition of our forefathers—Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov.
This was made possible thanks to the Jewish mothers—Rachel, Leah, Bilhah, and Zilpah—who did everything within their power to ensure wholeness in their homes and secure their people's future.
This is the inner meaning of calling a Jewish woman "akeres habayis" (mainstay of the home)—not only for her own home but also for all of Beis Yisrael.
Since we are now in the month of Chanukah—whose mitzvah and lesson is to spread light from Ner Mitzvah v'Torah Or in an ever-increasing manner each day—may Hashem grant success to your work so it grows and flourishes. This will surely bring G‑d's blessings to each one of your coworkers as well—in an ever-increasing way—so there will be light and joy in your homes in every respect: materially and spiritually together.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that women's unity and dedication strengthen both their homes and all of Beis Yisrael. Drawing inspiration from Chanukah's growing light and Parshas Vayeitzei's lessons on perseverance, he encourages ongoing growth in communal efforts for spiritual and material blessing.
