בכלל נכונה ההצעה להו"ל חוברת של נשי חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו, ומובן שצריכה להיות באותה השפה המדוברת ע"י רוב נשי ובנות ישראל אשר באה"ק ת"ו, שהרי תכלית ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד היא לקרב נשי ובנות ישראל מכל החוגים ובאופן דמוסיף והולך.
אלא שכדאי הי' גם כן - מדור בשפה אידית וכן בשפה ערבית זו המדוברת ע"י נשי אחינו ובנות ישראל הספרדיות שעלו ממרוקו וכו'.
אלא שתנאי כפול הוא - שהחומר בשביל החוברת יערך בישוב הדעת ולא בחפזון כלל וכלל, וכיון שכבר הו"ל כאן איזו חוברות, נשי חב"ד דכאן, שבודאי נמצאות אצלן, הרי יוקיל זה עליהן התכנית וההכנה וההוצאה לאור, אף שבודאי ישנם פרטים שצריכים לשנות מהחוברת דכאן מתאים לתנאי אה"ק ת"ו וכו'.
ויהי רצון שחפץ ה' יצליח בידן, להרחיב ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד, בשתוף פעולה עם שאר מוסדות חב"ד אשר באה"ק ת"ו, ויהי' זה מתוך מנוחה ושמחה וטוב לבב.
וגודל ערך וחשיבות השתתפות נשי ובנות ישראל, הרי מודגש הוא ג"כ בענין דימי הפורים הבע"ל שהי' נס ע"י אסתר המלכה ומרדכי היהודי, וכסיפורי חז"ל בזה.

In response to your letter from the 19th of Shevat: In general, the proposal to publish a journal for Nshei Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh is appropriate. It is understood that it should be in the language spoken by the majority of Jewish women and girls in Eretz HaKodesh, since the purpose of the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad organization is to draw Jewish women and girls from all circles closer, in a way that continually increases.
However, it would also be worthwhile to have a section in Yiddish as well as in Arabic—the language spoken by our Sephardic sisters and daughters who immigrated from Morocco, etc.
But there is a double condition: The material for the journal must be prepared thoughtfully and not hastily at all. Since several journals have already been published here (in Brooklyn), which are surely available among the local Nshei Chabad members, this will help with planning, preparation, and publication—even though certain details will certainly need to be changed from the journals here to suit the conditions of Eretz HaKodesh.
May it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed—to expand the Nshei U'Bnos Chabad organization in cooperation with other Chabad institutions in Eretz HaKodesh—and may this be done with calmness, joy, and gladness of heart.
The great value and importance of Jewish women's participation is also emphasized by the upcoming days of Purim, when salvation came through Esther HaMalka and Mordechai HaYehudi, as related by our Sages.
