איך ווינש אייך גרויס הצלחה אין אייער אונטערנעמונג און טעטיקייטן צו העלפן שאַפן די פינאַנציעלע מיטלען, אַז די דערמאָנטע מוסדות זאָלן ניט נאָר קענען פאָרזעצן זייער חינוך אַרבעט, נאָר זאָלן אויך קענען פאַרשטאַרקן און אויסברייטערן די מעגלעכקייטן צו אויסשולן וואָס מער אידישע טעכטער אין דעם אמת'ן תורה גייסט, צו דערפילן זייער אויפגאַבע אין לעבן.
דער זכות פון דער דאָזיגער אַרבעט זאָל אייך אַלעמען ביישטיין צו באַקומען דעם אויבערשטנ'ס ברכות אין אַלץ וואָס מ'נויטיגט זיך, צוזאַמען מיט אייערע בני-בית שיחיו, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בברכה להצלחה ולבשורות טובות און אַ פריילעכן יום-טוב פון קבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.

To those involved in the annual undertaking of the NY Committee for the Seminar for Teachers and Girls' Schools in Kfar Chabad in our Holy Land — may G‑d grant them life — blessings and peace!
The days of Shloshet Yemei Hagbalah, which serve as preparation for receiving the Torah, draw their content from the message of Hashem Yisbarach to Moshe Rabbeinu: 'Lech el ha'am ve'kidashtam... vehigbalta et ha'am' (Go to the people and sanctify them... and set boundaries for the people). Just as Torah is eternal in all its matters and details, so too is there an everlasting instruction in these days: every Jew, man and woman, must always remember that Hashem Yisbarach constantly instructs them: 'Lech el ha'am ve'kidashtam' — go and help every single member of this holy nation to be permeated with holiness and to be a fitting vessel for receiving Torah and mitzvot in daily life. This Divine message also grants the strength to carry it out in practice, because action is primary.
If this applies regarding helping all Jews, even adults, how much more so regarding Jewish children during the years when their entire personality is being formed and the foundation for their whole life is being laid. And especially concerning Jewish daughters, because a Jewish daughter must be the akeret habayit (mainstay of the home), upon whom depends to a great extent the attitude and daily conduct of the entire household and family.
Therefore, education of girls and institutions dedicated to this task are so vitally important — especially the Seminar for Teachers and Girls' Schools in Kfar Chabad. I wish you great success in your undertaking and activities to help provide financial means so that these mentioned institutions can not only continue their educational work but also strengthen and expand opportunities to educate even more Jewish daughters in the true spirit of Torah so they can fulfill their life's mission.
May the merit of this work stand by you all to receive Hashem's blessings in everything you need, together with your families — both materially and spiritually.
With blessings for success and good news, and a joyous Yom Tov of receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.
