צו אייער צוזאמענקומען זיך אויף דער דריטער יערליכער קאנווענשאן פון אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד ווענדע איך זיך צו אייך אלעמען, מיט דער אור אלטער אידישער באגריסונג: ברוכות הבאות, און ווינטש אייך: יהי נועם ה' עליכן, און עס זאל זיין פיל הצלחה במעשה ידיכן.
לויט דעם ווארט פון כ"ק הבעל שם טוב, געהערט מערערע מאל פון שווער כ"ק אדמו"ר, אז יעדער זאך איז בהשגחה פרטית און פון יעדער זאך קען מען און מען דארף עטוואס לערנען אין עבודת השם.
איז אויך דער טאג אויך וועלכען עס איז באשטימט געווארען, און, בעזר השם, עס וועט צושטאנד קומען די קאנווענשאן, ראש חדש סיון - א לערנונג און אנווייזונג פאר דער קאנווענשאן.
דעם טאג זיינען אידען אנגעקומען צום מדבר סיני, ויחן שם ישראל נגד ההר - בארג סיני. דערציילען חכמינו זכרונם לברכה, אז דער אנקומען צום בארג סיני איז געווען כאיש אחד בלב אחד (אלע ווי איין מענטש מיט איין הארץ) און אז דאס האט השם יתברך אנערקענט אלס פאסענדע צוגרייטונג און באווייז אז זיי דארף מען געבען די תורה.
די תורה איז א נצחית - אייביקע - גילטיג פאר אלע דורות און פאר אלע מקומות (ערטער), איז פארשטענדליך אז אויך די צוגרייטונג און אופנים פון מתן התורה, זיינען אויך אייביקע.
שוין דער טאג אליין פון ראש חדש סיון, דארף דינען אלס א לעהרע און אנווייזונג פאר אידען בכלל און ספעציעל פאר די וואס קומען זיך דאמאלסט צוזאמען מיטן צוועק צו פארשטארקען אמת'ע אידישקייט, צו ווידמען זיך - דורך אהבת ישראל פאראיינציקט מיט אהבת התורה און אהבת השם - פאר אחדות צווישען אלע אידען, אחדות נגד ההר, צו אויפנעמען תורת משה מסיני- תורת חיים, א תורה וועלכע גיט לעבען און וויזט אן ווי צו לעבען, אין די וואכען - טעג, שבתים און ימים טובים.
און אזוי ווי בא דעם בארג סיני איז דאך קבלת התורה געווען מיט דעם סדר: כה תאמר לבית יעקב - צו די פרויען, און דערנאך ותגיד לבני ישראל - צו די מענער.
אזוי אויך איצטער אין דער צוגרייטונג צום אויפנעמען די תורה מיט באנייטער לעבעדיקייט און התלהבות.
דארפען אידישע פרויען - מיט חב"ד לעבעדיקייט, ווארימקייט און ליכטיקייט, ווי ערקלערט דורך רבותינו נשיאינו, פארווירקליכען דאס אויבען געזאגטע אין דער פולסטער מאס.
און דאס איז אויך פון די הויפט אויפגאבעס פון אגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד - זיין די וועגווייזערינס אין דער הייליגער ארבעט.
השי"ת זאל אייך העלפען, אין גוטן געזונט און מיט גרויס הצלחה, ערפילען אייער אויפגאבע,
און דאס וועט זיכער אויך צוגעבען אין דעם אויבערשטען'ס ברכות אין וואס יעדערע פון אייך דארף, מיט אלע בני בית - שיחיו.

To all participants in the third annual convention of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad — blessings and peace upon you!
As you gather for this third annual convention of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, I address you all with the age-old Jewish greeting: Welcome! I wish you: May the pleasantness of Hashem be upon you, and may there be much success in your endeavors.
According to the teaching of the Baal Shem Tov — heard many times from my father-in-law, the Rebbe — that everything is by Divine Providence and from everything one can and must learn something in serving Hashem. Therefore, also the day chosen for this convention — Rosh Chodesh Sivan — is itself a lesson and directive for your gathering.
On this day, Jews arrived at the Sinai desert: "And Israel encamped there opposite the mountain." Our Sages tell us that their arrival at Mount Sinai was "as one person with one heart," and that Hashem recognized this as a fitting preparation and proof that they should receive the Torah.
The Torah is eternal — valid for all generations and places — so it is understood that its preparations and methods are also eternal. Thus, Rosh Chodesh Sivan itself serves as a lesson and directive for Jews in general, especially those who gather then to strengthen true Judaism; to dedicate themselves — through Ahavas Yisrael united with love of Torah and love of Hashem — to unity among all Jews; unity "opposite the mountain"; to receive Moshe's Torah from Sinai — a Torah of life that gives life and shows how to live during weekdays, Shabbosim, and festivals.
Just as at Mount Sinai receiving the Torah followed this order: "So shall you say to Beis Yaakov" — to the women — then "and tell Bnei Yisrael" — to the men; so too now in preparing to receive the Torah with renewed vitality and enthusiasm. Jewish women must — with Chabad vitality, warmth, and light as explained by our Rebbeim — fulfill what was said above in fullest measure.
This is also among the main tasks of Agudas Nshei U'Bnos Chabad: to be guides in this holy work. May Hashem help you, with good health and great success, fulfill your mission. This will surely add in Hashem's blessings in all that each of you needs, together with all your families.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that unity is essential preparation for receiving the Torah. Jewish women play a pivotal role in fostering this unity through warmth and dedication. Their efforts bring blessings for themselves and their families as they guide others in holy work.
