אין שליחותו של איש ואשה מבנ"י לעלות להרעיש ולזעזע את העולמות - כ"א לעשות לו ית' דירה בתחתונים (ומתוך שמחה וט"ל) - ע"י תומ"צ והמעשה הוא העיקר [באם יוצרך לזה זעזוע עולמות במילא יזדעזעו], ובנוגע לעקרת הבית [האשה], לכל לראש בעניני הבית, ובדרכי נועם ושלום - שהם דרך התורה, וכמש"נ דרכי' גו' שלום - ובאופן מסודר (כפשוטו) דוקא, היפך הלעו"ז "ולא סדרים", וכ"ז למטה מעשרה טפחים שלשם נתנה התורה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The mission of a Jewish man or woman is not to ascend and shake or agitate the worlds; rather, it is to make for Him, may He be blessed, a dwelling place in the lower realms (and with joy and good-heartedness) — through Torah and mitzvos, for action is the main thing. [If shaking the worlds is needed for this purpose, then they will be shaken as a matter of course.]
Regarding the homemaker [the woman], first and foremost this applies to matters of the home, and in ways of pleasantness and peace — which are the ways of Torah, as it is written: 'Her ways are ways... of peace' (Mishlei 3:17) — and specifically in an orderly manner (literally), as opposed to the opposite approach of 'no order.' And all this should be below ten handbreadths — for that is where the Torah was given.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that our true mission is to bring G‑dliness into our daily lives through practical mitzvos and Torah study. For women especially, this begins at home with orderliness and peace, reflecting the Divine intent for creation.
