בנועם קבלתי מכתבן עם הבשורה טובה מהתיסדות סניפם החדש ומהתחלת
עבודתן וההחלטות הטובות. יתן השי"ת שתצלחנה בעבודתן במסגרת תכנית ופעולות ארגון נשי חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו בכמות ובאיכות גם יחד.
ובעמדנו ביום סגולה חמשה עשר באב, וכדבר משנה שלא היו ימים טובים כמותו לישראל, ובנות ירושלים היו יוצאות וחולות בכרמים ואומרות אשה יראת ה' היא תתהלל כו' צאינה וראינה בנות ציון במלך שלמה - שהשלום שלו - גו' ביום חתונתו זה מתן תורה וביום שמחת לבו זה בנין בית המקדש שיבנה במהרה בימינו, יהי רצון שיקויימו כל היעודים הללו, שנשי ובנות ישראל לקחו ולוקחות בהם חלק ראשון, וגדול זכות נשי ובנות חב"ד בפרט להחדיר יוקר התורה ויוקר המצוות בכל מקום שידן מגעת ולהחיש קיום היעודים הנ"ל ועד לבנין בית המקדש בקרוב ממש.
בברכה לבשו"ט ולהצלחה בעבודתן בקדש ובכל המצטרך להן ולב"ב שיחיו.

With pleasure I received your letter with the good news about the founding of your new branch and the beginning of your activities and good resolutions.
May Hashem grant that you succeed in your work within the framework of the program and activities of Nshei Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh, both in quantity and quality together.
As we stand on this auspicious day, the fifteenth of Av—as stated in Mishnah that there were no better days for Israel than this one—and the daughters of Jerusalem would go out and dance in the vineyards and say: "A woman who fears Hashem, she shall be praised," etc., "Go out and see, daughters of Zion, King Shlomo—whose peace is his—on his wedding day (this is Matan Torah) and on the day of his heart's joy (this is the building of the Beis HaMikdash), which will be rebuilt speedily in our days." May it be G‑d's will that all these promises be fulfilled; Jewish women and girls have always taken a leading part in them, and especially great is the merit of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad to instill the preciousness of Torah and mitzvos wherever they can reach, thereby hastening the fulfillment of these promises up to the building of the Beis HaMikdash very soon.
With blessings for good news and success in your holy work and all that you need for yourselves and your families. As stated in Mishnah: Taanis 26b.
