ז"ע נתקבל מכתבו מח"י סיון, ונהניתי מהכתוב בו והמצורף לו, ואף שכתב לי אודות זה מכבר, הרי ידוע מרז"ל (מכילתא פ' יתרו יט, ט) שאינו דומה שמיעה לראי', ואם בכל הזמנים פעולה טובה של בני ישראל ובפרט של רבים היתה גורמת שמחה, עאכו"כ בזמננו זה, ובפרט כשבאה מנשי ישראל, אשר נשים צדקניות הביאו גאולה הראשונה מארץ מצרים, והרי כימי צאתך מארץ מצרים אראנו כו', בגאולה העתידה בב"א בגאולה השלימה ואמיתית. וכהצעתו, הנה מוסגר בזה מכתבי אליהן וחמרא למרא וטיבותא לשקי' (ועיין בספר המצות לכ"ק הצמח צדק מצות מילה ספ"ג שזה שייך דוקא באדם, אתם קרוים אדם בעלי בחירה אמיתיים). וכיון שכותב בשמן, הנה יצליח להיות שליח גם מלמעלה לעורר תמיד צדקה וחסד - צדקה בגשמיות וגם צדקה ברוחניות.

In response to your letter from the 18th of Sivan, I was pleased with what you wrote and what you enclosed. Even though you wrote to me about this previously, as our Sages say (Mechilta Parshas Yisro 19:9), hearing is not the same as seeing. In all times, a good deed by Jews—especially by many—brings joy; how much more so in our times, particularly when it comes from Jewish women. Righteous women brought about the first redemption from Egypt, and as it says: 'As in the days of your exodus from Egypt I will show you wonders,' so too will it be in the future complete and true redemption.
As per your suggestion, I am enclosing my letter to them. The wine belongs to the owner and the thanks to the server (see Sefer HaMitzvos of the Tzemach Tzedek on mitzvah milah ch. 3 that this applies specifically to a person—'You are called Adam,' meaning those with true free choice).
Since you write on their behalf, may you succeed in being an emissary also from Above to always inspire acts of charity and kindness—charity both materially and spiritually.
