השם יתברך זאל העלפן, אז אייער אונטערנעמונג זאל זיין בהצלחה סיי בגשמיות און סיי ברוחניות, וואס בא אידן זיינען ביידע זאכן ענג פארבונדן, און בפרט ווען עס האנדלט זיך וועגן שאפן גשמיות'דיקע הילף פאר דער ישיבה, וואס ווערט פארוונדעלט אין רוחניות - אין תורה ביראת שמים וקיום המצוות בהידור.
איינע פון די פונדאמענטאלע זאכן וואס פרשת משפטים (וואו עס ווערן געגעבן די ערשטע פרטיות'דיקע דינים נאך מתן-תורה) לערנט אונז, איז צו מקיים צו זיין די תורה און מצוות מיט קבלת-עול, לויט ווי אלע אידן האבן אויסגערופן ביים בארג סיני: נעשה ונשמע - פריער נעשה - מיר וועלן טאן, און דערנאך ערשט ונשמע - מיר וועלן פארשטיין. דערפאר הויבט זיך אן פרשת משפטים מיט די דינים פון אן עבד עברי (אידישער קנעכט) און אמה (דינסט), אלס אן אריינפיר צו ווייזן, אז יעדער איד, מאן אדער פרוי, דארף זיין אן עובד ה' - צו דינען ג-ט ברוך הוא מיט דער גרעסטער איבערגעבנהייט און מסירות-נפש.
עס איז אויך באוואוסט וואס אונזערע חכמים זכרונם לברכה האבן געזאגט, אז איידער די תורה איז געגעבן געווארן, האט דער אויבערשטער געהייסן משה רבינו פריער ריידן מיט די פרויען און דערנאך ערשט מיט די מענער, ווארום בלויז מיט דער פולסטער הילף פון ער אידישער פרוי קען מען פארזיכערען די אייביקייט פון לימוד תורה און דעם קיום פון די מוסדות התורה וחינוך הכשר.
השם יתברך זאל יעדער איינער פון אייך העלפן צו פארגרעסערן אייער ארבעט לטובת הישיבה מיט פארגרעסערטער איבערגעבנהייט און מסירות נפש, ווי אויך צו פארשטארקען די יסודות פון תורה און מצוות יעדע איינע בא זיך אין שטוב און בהשפעה אויף דער סביבה ארום, וואס דערמיט ברענגט איר אראפ די ג-טלעכע ברכות מצליח צו זיין אין אייערע ענינים הפרטיים בגשמיות וברוחניות.

In response to your notification that your annual banquet has been set for Wednesday of Parshas Mishpatim, the 21st of Shevat, 5717: May Hashem help that your undertaking should be successful both materially and spiritually. For Jews, these two aspects are closely connected—especially when it comes to providing material assistance for the yeshiva, which is transformed into spirituality—into Torah imbued with awe of Heaven and meticulous observance of mitzvos.
One of the fundamental lessons that Parshas Mishpatim (where the first detailed laws are given after Matan Torah) teaches us is to fulfill Torah and mitzvos with kabbolas ol (acceptance of the yoke), just as all Jews proclaimed at Mount Sinai: Naaseh v'Nishma—first "we will do," then "we will understand." Therefore, Parshas Mishpatim begins with the laws concerning an eved Ivri (Jewish servant) and a maidservant as an introduction to show that every Jew—man or woman—must be an oved Hashem (servant of G‑d), serving G‑d blessed be He with utmost devotion and self-sacrifice.
It is also well known what our Sages of blessed memory said: before the Torah was given, Hashem instructed Moshe Rabbeinu to first speak to the women and only afterward to the men. For only with the fullest support from every Jewish woman can we ensure the eternity of Torah study and the existence of Torah institutions and proper education.
May Hashem help each one of you increase your work for the benefit of the yeshiva with greater dedication and self-sacrifice, as well as strengthen the foundations of Torah and mitzvos in your own home and in your influence on those around you. Through this you bring down G‑dly blessings to succeed in all your personal matters both materially and spiritually.
With blessings for good tidings in all that was mentioned above.
